Žien, ktoré sa narodili s tmavými vlasmi, je na svete štatisticky najviac. Aj keď majú menej vlasov ako blondíny či ryšavky, tmavý typ vlasu patrí k jedným z najhrubších a najhustejších. Žien, ktoré sa narodili s tmavými vlasmi, je na svete štatisticky najviac. Aj keď majú menej vlasov ako blondíny či ryšavky, tmavý typ vlasu patrí k jedným z najhrubších a najhustejších. Na druhej strane sú však brunetky často vystavené vyššiemu riziku ich vypadávania a štiepenia končekov. Pozitívom je, že sa nemusia báť kožných problémov. Jediná vec, ktorá u nich predstavuje hrozbu, je nikotín. Odborníci totiž tvrdia, že tmavovlásky často trpia závislosťou na stimulantoch. Súvisí to najmä so zvýšenou hladinou melanínu, v ktorom sa zvykne nikotín hromadiť. Najhoršie na tom je, že túto drogu nedokáže telo vstrebať, a tak sa v tele hromadí, čím vzniká omnoho väčšia závislosť.

Na druhej strane sú však brunetky často vystavené vyššiemu riziku ich vypadávania a štiepenia končekov. Pozitívom je, že sa nemusia báť kožných problémov. Jediná vec, ktorá u nich predstavuje hrozbu, je nikotín. Odborníci totiž tvrdia, že tmavovlásky často trpia závislosťou na stimulantoch. Súvisí to najmä so zvýšenou hladinou melanínu, v ktorom sa zvykne nikotín hromadiť. Najhoršie na tom je, že túto drogu nedokáže telo vstrebať, a tak sa v tele hromadí, čím vzniká omnoho väčšia závislosť.

Jedinečnou a vzácnou farbou vlasov je nepochybne ryšavá. Podľa vedcov žijú vo svete iba dve percentá prírodných ryšaviek. O týchto ženách sa hovorí, že sú divoké, vášnivé a milujúce. Ako je však na tom ich zdravie? Mnohých to určite neprekvapí, no ryšavky sú náchylné na kožné choroby, pretože ich pleť je mimoriadne citlivá. V najhorších prípadoch sa u nich môže rozvinúť rakovina kože a ochrana pred slnečným žiarením je teda dvojnásobne na mieste. Takisto odborníci zistili, že ryšavky majú veľký dôvod báť sa návštevy zubára. Ich telo býva totiž odolné voči anestetikám, ale aj niektorým druhom liekov.
