Napokon sa zistilo, že sú ľudia unavení najmä po konzumácií veľkých porcií jedál, ktoré sú plné tukov, bielkovín a cukrov. Práve tieto makroživiny podporujú ospalosť. Patrí sem napríklad mäso, vajcia, syr, ryby, morčacie mäso, mlieko a tofu.

Kóma, ktorá môže spôsobiť dopravnú nehodu

Mnohí odborníci však tvrdia, že ospalosť vo väčšine prípadov zapríčiňuje v podstate akékoľvek jedlo. Pri jedení sa totiž uvoľňujú v tele rôzne hormóny, ktoré prebúdzajú časti v nervovom systéme zodpovedné za trávenie, prekrývajú sa s niektorými ďalšími a napokon sa spolu podieľajú na zvýšenom pocite spánku a únavy. Mnohí môžu preto zažívať potravinovú kómu najmä po obede. Dokonca sa zistilo, že v čase okolo 14:00 – 16:00, sa zvýšil počet dopravných nehôd zapríčinených zlou koncentráciou či únavou za volantom. Dajte si preto pozor, aby ste po dobrom obede nešli okamžite šoférovať. Ak musíte bežať do práce či na návštevu, poradíme vám, ako sa čo najrýchlejšie môžete zbaviť potravinovej kómy.

Zbavíte sa jej jednoducho                  

Potravinovej kóme sa môžete jednoducho vyhnúť, stačí použiť zdravý sedliacky rozum. Snažte sa jesť menšie porcie vyvážených jedál, ktoré majú veľký obsah tekutín. Ak viete, že po jedle potrebujete robiť niečo dôležité alebo musíte súrne niekam odísť, môžete si pochutnať na malom sendviči alebo zelenine s vajíčkom na tvrdo. Veľká porcia tučného jedla by vám spôsobila len únavu a zhoršené sústredenie. Samozrejme, dôležitý je aj spánok. Ak ste si v noci zle oddýchli, môžete očakávať, že to vaše telo bude potrebovať cez deň dohnať. Dbajte o svoje zdravie a doprajte si oddych. Predovšetkým sa snažte byť po jedle aktívne. Postačí krátka prechádzka alebo si zacvičte. Tak môžete vaše telo posilniť a udržať príznaky potravinovej kómy na uzde.

Poznáte to, dobre sa najete, ľahnete na gauč a nie sa z neho postaviť. Ak zažívate po jedle únavu, je dosť možné, že prežívate potravinovú kómu. Potravinovú kómu zažíva každodenne veľmi veľa ľudí. Dlho sa predpokladalo, že ju spôsobujú najmä zmeny v krvnom obehu, a teda zvýšenie prietoku krvi do čriev, ale znáženie do mozgu. Napokon sa zistilo, že sú ľudia unavení najmä po konzumácií veľkých porcií jedál, ktoré sú plné tukov, bielkovín a cukrov. Práve tieto makroživiny podporujú ospalosť. Patrí sem napríklad mäso, vajcia, syr, ryby, morčacie mäso, mlieko a tofu.

Kóma, ktorá môže spôsobiť dopravnú nehodu

Mnohí odborníci však tvrdia, že ospalosť vo väčšine prípadov zapríčiňuje v podstate akékoľvek jedlo. Pri jedení sa totiž uvoľňujú v tele rôzne hormóny, ktoré prebúdzajú časti v nervovom systéme zodpovedné za trávenie, prekrývajú sa s niektorými ďalšími a napokon sa spolu podieľajú na zvýšenom pocite spánku a únavy. Mnohí môžu preto zažívať potravinovú kómu najmä po obede. Dokonca sa zistilo, že v čase okolo 14:00 – 16:00, sa zvýšil počet dopravných nehôd zapríčinených zlou koncentráciou či únavou za volantom. Dajte si preto pozor, aby ste po dobrom obede nešli okamžite šoférovať. Ak musíte bežať do práce či na návštevu, poradíme vám, ako sa čo najrýchlejšie môžete zbaviť potravinovej kómy.

Zbavíte sa jej jednoducho                  

Potravinovej kóme sa môžete jednoducho vyhnúť, stačí použiť zdravý sedliacky rozum. Snažte sa jesť menšie porcie vyvážených jedál, ktoré majú veľký obsah tekutín.
