Skúste si preto pred zrkadlom hovoriť len pekné veci a všímajte si najmä to, čo na sebe milujete. 

 

Verte si

Čaká vás náročná skúška, pohovor alebo rande? Keď sa postavíte pred zrkadlo, aby ste sa na seba pozreli poslednýkrát pred odchodom z domu, nehovorte si, že to nedokážete, že nebudete dobré, že zlyháte. Práve naopak si viac verte. Možno sme to mali spomenúť hneď na začiatku, no občas je ťažké sa na seba úprimne usmiať. Dokázať to totiž môžete až po čase, keď si uvedomíte, že ste naozaj krásne, že ste bojovníčky a šťastné ženy, ktoré toho v živote veľa dokázali a ešte dokážu. Keď odchádzate do práce, nemyslite na to, že sa vám nechce. Práve naopak si poprajte pekný deň. Povedzte si, že všetko, čo dnes urobíte, bude mať význam a všetko, čo sa stane, sa stane pre niečo. Večer sa napokon opäť postavte pred zrkadlo a poďakujte za všetko, čo sa vám počas dňa stalo. Nemusí sa jednať o veľké veci, ale o maličkosti, ktoré vám zlepšili náladu či vyčarili úsmev na tvári.

Možno si to neuvedomujete, no vašu náladu či nastavenie celého dňa dokáže ovplyvniť rozhovor, ktorý vediete pri pohľade do zrkadla. Ak si hovoríte, že vyzeráte zle v outfite, ktorý ste si zvolili, že nezvládnete pohovor, na ktorý sa chystáte alebo ste pribrali kilogram po večernom prejedaní sa, nečudujte sa, že ste negatívne naladené aj po zvyšok dňa. Ak túžite zvýšiť svoje sebavedomie či cítiť sa šťastnejšie vo všetkých oblastiach života, dajte si záležať na rozhovore so zrkadlom. Pozrite sa, na čo sa pri konverzácii zamerať. 

Sebaláska je najdôležitejšia

Pred zrkadlom si väčšina žien všíma najmä svoj vzhľad. Či už sú to vystupujúce vrásky, nová nepekná vyrážka, zarastené obočie, kilá navyše, dierka na tričku alebo veľký nos. To, čo všetko sa vám na sebe nepáči, si všimnete okamžite. Vedeli by ste však vymenovať veci, ktoré sú na vás pekné a ktoré sa vám páčia? Pravdepodobne by to nešlo až tak rýchlo. Sebaláska je v tomto prípade veľmi dôležitá. Nielenže vám pomáha byť sebavedomejšími ženami, ale nabíja vás energiou a dobrou náladou. Skúste si preto pred zrkadlom hovoriť len pekné veci a všímajte si najmä to, čo na sebe milujete. 

 

Verte si

Čaká vás náročná skúška, pohovor alebo rande? Keď sa postavíte pred zrkadlo, aby ste sa na seba pozreli poslednýkrát pred odchodom z domu, nehovorte si, že to nedokážete, že nebudete dobré, že zlyháte. Práve naopak si viac verte. Zopakujte si, čo všetko ste doposiaľ urobili pre svoj úspech. Povedzte si, že to dokážete, že ste silné, nebojácne a cieľavedomé. S takýmto nastavením sa vám rozhodne pôjde z domu omnoho jednoduchšie. 

Úprimný úsmev lieči

Možno sme to mali spomenúť hneď na začiatku, no občas je ťažké sa na seba úprimne usmiať. Dokázať to totiž môžete až po čase, keď si uvedomíte, že ste naozaj krásne, že ste bojovníčky a šťastné ženy, ktoré toho v živote veľa dokázali a ešte dokážu. Skúste sa preto aj niekoľkokrát počas dňa zastaviť pred zrkadlom a usmiať sa na seba. Veď predsa to nebolí, ale naopak lieči. 

Nezabudnite poďakovať

Keď odchádzate do práce, nemyslite na to, že sa vám nechce. Práve naopak si poprajte pekný deň. Povedzte si, že všetko, čo dnes urobíte, bude mať význam a všetko, čo sa stane, sa stane pre niečo. Večer sa napokon opäť postavte pred zrkadlo a poďakujte za všetko, čo sa vám počas dňa stalo. Nemusí sa jednať o veľké veci, ale o maličkosti, ktoré vám zlepšili náladu či vyčarili úsmev na tvári.
