Na 1 roládu potrebujeme:

5 vajec
3 lyžice trstinového cukru
2 lyžice kakaa

Na plnku potrebujeme:
250 ml šľahačkovej smotany
125 g tvarohu
2 – 3 lyžice cukru (medu)
ovocie – napríklad broskyne

Postup:

Bielky vyšľaháme s dvomi lyžicami cukru a štipkou soli dotuha. V druhej miske vymiešame žĺtky s lyžicou cukru a s kakaom. Tieto dve hmoty opatrne spojíme. Plech s klasickými rozmermi vystelieme papierom na pečenie, ktorý pre istotu ešte potrieme maslom, aby sme mohli roládu bez problémov rolovať. Vzniknuté cesto rozotrieme na pripravený plech, vložíme ho do rúry vyhriatej na 180 °C a pečieme 5 – 7 minút. Nepečieme ho pridlho, aby nevyschlo. Keď je korpus upečený, vyberieme ho von a hneď zrolujeme tak, že zároveň odstraňujeme aj papier na pečenie. Zavinutú roládu prikryjeme utierkou a necháme vychladnúť. Kým korpus odpočíva, vyšľaháme si šľahačku, pridáme tvaroh a med (cukor), ochutnáme, a keď sa nám zdá dostatočne sladká, môžeme ňou potrieť mierne vychladnutú rozvinutú roládu. Posypeme ju ovocím, môžeme použiť broskyne, maliny, jahody, černice, banány. Fantázii sa medze nekladú. Roládu zavinieme a odložíme na chladné miesto aspoň na 2 hodinky. Pred podávaním môžeme ozdobiť šľahačkou a ovocím.

Na 1 roládu potrebujeme:

5 vajec
3 lyžice trstinového cukru
2 lyžice kakaa

Na plnku potrebujeme:
250 ml šľahačkovej smotany
125 g tvarohu
2 – 3 lyžice cukru (medu)
ovocie – napríklad broskyne

Postup:

Bielky vyšľaháme s dvomi lyžicami cukru a štipkou soli dotuha. V druhej miske vymiešame žĺtky s lyžicou cukru a s kakaom. Tieto dve hmoty opatrne spojíme. Plech s klasickými rozmermi vystelieme papierom na pečenie, ktorý pre istotu ešte potrieme maslom, aby sme mohli roládu bez problémov rolovať. Vzniknuté cesto rozotrieme na pripravený plech, vložíme ho do rúry vyhriatej na 180 °C a pečieme 5 – 7 minút. Nepečieme ho pridlho, aby nevyschlo. Keď je korpus upečený, vyberieme ho von a hneď zrolujeme tak, že zároveň odstraňujeme aj papier na pečenie. Zavinutú roládu prikryjeme utierkou a necháme vychladnúť. Kým korpus odpočíva, vyšľaháme si šľahačku, pridáme tvaroh a med (cukor), ochutnáme, a keď sa nám zdá dostatočne sladká, môžeme ňou potrieť mierne vychladnutú rozvinutú roládu. Posypeme ju ovocím, môžeme použiť broskyne, maliny, jahody, černice, banány. Fantázii sa medze nekladú. Roládu zavinieme a odložíme na chladné miesto aspoň na 2 hodinky. Pred podávaním môžeme ozdobiť šľahačkou a ovocím.
