Vaša beauty rutina by nemala vyzerať rovnako v každom ročnom období. Okrem zmien počasia sa totiž menia aj potreby vašej pleti. Zatiaľ, čo v lete je dôležitá hydratácia a ochrana pred slnečným žiarením, v jeseni si pleť pýta regeneráciu a oddych. Ak túžite vašej pokožke dopriať len tú najlepšiu starostlivosť, prezradíme vám, čo by ste nemali vynechať v jesennej beauty rutine.  

Hydratácia nie len v lete

V prvom rade si dajte záležať na dostatočnom čistení pleti, no pozor, na klasické mydlo zabudnite. Či už použijete čistiacu penu, vodu, gél alebo mlieko, dôležité je, aby bola pleť dokonale čistá a pripravená na nanášanie ďalších prípravkov. Nie len v lete, ale aj po ňom potrebuje pokožka hydratáciu. Na vyčistenú pleť preto naneste hydratačné sérum, masku alebo krém, ktorý dodá pokožke to, čo potrebuje. Aby mala beauty rutina účinok, snažte sa vyhnúť produktom s obsahom alkoholu a neumývajte si pleť príliš horúcou vodou.

Píling na regeneráciu

S príchodom jesene je pre vašu pleť potrebná pravidelnosť. Každý deň pokožku čistite, natierajte ju krémami či sérami a približne dvakrát za týždeň použite masku alebo píling s obsahom retinolu. Vďaka nemu naštartujete regeneráciu buniek, vaša pleť bude mať žiarivejší nádych a predovšetkým sa zbavíte pórov.

Preč s vráskami

Keďže v lete bola pokožka namáhaná a každodenne vysúšaná, s príchodom jesene je omnoho citlivejšia a náchylnejšia na dehydratáciu. Nečudujte sa preto, ak sa vám po lete v okolí očí, na krku či dekolte objavia jemné vrásky a línie. Zbaviť sa ich môžete pomocou domácej avokádovej masky, dostatočného príjmu vitamínu A alebo aloe vera.  

Dajte červenú pigmentovým škvrnám

Po lete sa na vašej pleti môžu okrem vrások objaviť aj nepekné pigmentové škvrny, ktorých sa môžete zbaviť aj v pohodlí domova. Skvelým bieliacim pomocníkom je napríklad citrón či kombinácia medu a horčice. Pomôcť však môže aj šípkový a jojobový olej.

Vaša beauty rutina by nemala vyzerať rovnako v každom ročnom období. Okrem zmien počasia sa totiž menia aj potreby vašej pleti. Zatiaľ, čo v lete je dôležitá hydratácia a ochrana pred slnečným žiarením, v jeseni si pleť pýta regeneráciu a oddych. Ak túžite vašej pokožke dopriať len tú najlepšiu starostlivosť, prezradíme vám, čo by ste nemali vynechať v jesennej beauty rutine.  

Hydratácia nie len v lete

V prvom rade si dajte záležať na dostatočnom čistení pleti, no pozor, na klasické mydlo zabudnite. Či už použijete čistiacu penu, vodu, gél alebo mlieko, dôležité je, aby bola pleť dokonale čistá a pripravená na nanášanie ďalších prípravkov. Nie len v lete, ale aj po ňom potrebuje pokožka hydratáciu. Na vyčistenú pleť preto naneste hydratačné sérum, masku alebo krém, ktorý dodá pokožke to, čo potrebuje. Aby mala beauty rutina účinok, snažte sa vyhnúť produktom s obsahom alkoholu a neumývajte si pleť príliš horúcou vodou.

Píling na regeneráciu

S príchodom jesene je pre vašu pleť potrebná pravidelnosť. Každý deň pokožku čistite, natierajte ju krémami či sérami a približne dvakrát za týždeň použite masku alebo píling s obsahom retinolu. Vďaka nemu naštartujete regeneráciu buniek, vaša pleť bude mať žiarivejší nádych a predovšetkým sa zbavíte pórov.

Preč s vráskami

Keďže v lete bola pokožka namáhaná a každodenne vysúšaná, s príchodom jesene je omnoho citlivejšia a náchylnejšia na dehydratáciu. Nečudujte sa preto, ak sa vám po lete v okolí očí, na krku či dekolte objavia jemné vrásky a línie. Zbaviť sa ich môžete pomocou domácej avokádovej masky, dostatočného príjmu vitamínu A alebo aloe vera.  

Dajte červenú pigmentovým škvrnám

Po lete sa na vašej pleti môžu okrem vrások objaviť aj nepekné pigmentové škvrny, ktorých sa môžete zbaviť aj v pohodlí domova. Skvelým bieliacim pomocníkom je napríklad citrón či kombinácia medu a horčice. Pomôcť však môže aj šípkový a jojobový olej.
