Síce majú žiletky množstvo plusov, rovnako tak aj mínusov. Okrem toho vznikajú na pokožke po žiletke mikroodreniny, do ktorých sa ľahko prenesú infekcie a baktérie. Najväčším negatívom žiletiek je však to, že sa rýchlo tupia, takže ich musíte často vymieňať a ich efekt vydrží maximálne jeden deň.

Vosk

Vosk zaručí vašim nohám hebkosť a spolu s ochlpením odstráni aj odumreté kožné bunky. Odstraňovanie chĺpkov pomocou vosku síce vydrží dlhšiu dobu, no je dosť bolestivé. Jeho veľkou nevýhodou je aj to, že spôsobuje podráždenie pokožky, suchosť a pri použití horúceho vosku aj popálenie. Okrem toho ho nemôžete používať na podpazušie, kde je pokožka veľmi citlivá.

Depilačné krémy či peny

Pri depilačných penách či krémoch ide taktiež o jednoduchý a lacný spôsob holenia. Tieto prípravky fungujú tak, že rozpustia keratín chĺpku, zničia ho aj s korienkom a zachovajú cibuľku, z ktorej vyrastá. Síce ide o bezbolestnú formu holenia, depilačné krémy často obsahujú chemikálie, ktoré dráždia pokožku. Veľkou nevýhodou epilátorov je to, že chĺpky musia mať dostatočnú dĺžku, aby ich hlavica mohla uchopiť, spôsobujú podráždenie a dokonca aj zarastanie. Okrem toho musíte mať pokožku počas epilácie napnutú, aby ste sa vyhli uštipnutiu.

Laser

Metóda odstraňovania chĺpkov pomocou laseru je jednou z najspoľahlivejších, no finančne najnáročnejších. Aj keď musíte takéto ošetrenie niekoľkokrát zopakovať, výsledok je trvalý. Bohužiaľ, zákrok nie je vhodné praktizovať v letných mesiacoch, pretože sa po odstránení chĺpkov nemôžete vystavovať slnečnému žiareniu. Používate laser, vosk alebo žiletku? Možno si poviete, že je jedno, akú metódu pri holení volíte, no opak je pravdou. Súčasný kozmetický priemysel totiž ponúka nespočetné množstvo produktov, ktoré vám síce pomôžu odstrániť nežiadúce chĺpky, no nie všetky sú vhodné pre zdravie vašej pokožky. Žiletky

Pravdepodobne neexistuje žena, ktorá by aspoň raz v živote nevyskúšala holenie žiletkou. Môže za to aj fakt, že je to najlacnejší a najjednoduchší spôsob, ako si odstrániť ochlpenie bezbolestne. Síce majú žiletky množstvo plusov, rovnako tak aj mínusov. Holenie pomocou žiletky musíte pravidelne opakovať, pretože pri ňom zrežete iba viditeľné časti, môžete sa ľahko porezať a nesprávnym holením spôsobiť zarastanie. Okrem toho vznikajú na pokožke po žiletke mikroodreniny, do ktorých sa ľahko prenesú infekcie a baktérie. Najväčším negatívom žiletiek je však to, že sa rýchlo tupia, takže ich musíte často vymieňať a ich efekt vydrží maximálne jeden deň.

Vosk

Vosk zaručí vašim nohám hebkosť a spolu s ochlpením odstráni aj odumreté kožné bunky. Odstraňovanie chĺpkov pomocou vosku síce vydrží dlhšiu dobu, no je dosť bolestivé. Jeho veľkou nevýhodou je aj to, že spôsobuje podráždenie pokožky, suchosť a pri použití horúceho vosku aj popálenie. Okrem toho ho nemôžete používať na podpazušie, kde je pokožka veľmi citlivá.

Depilačné krémy či peny

Pri depilačných penách či krémoch ide taktiež o jednoduchý a lacný spôsob holenia. Tieto prípravky fungujú tak, že rozpustia keratín chĺpku, zničia ho aj s korienkom a zachovajú cibuľku, z ktorej vyrastá. Síce ide o bezbolestnú formu holenia, depilačné krémy často obsahujú chemikálie, ktoré dráždia pokožku. Naproti holeniu žiletkou trvá táto metóda o čosi dlhšiu dobu a nedokáže si poradiť so silnejším ochlpením.

 

Epilátor

Epilačný strojček vás zbaví chĺpkov rýchlo, no nie bezbolestne. Na druhej strane je vak táto metóda skvelá v tom, že jej efekt vydrží aj štyri týždne. Veľkou nevýhodou epilátorov je to, že chĺpky musia mať dostatočnú dĺžku, aby ich hlavica mohla uchopiť, spôsobujú podráždenie a dokonca aj zarastanie. Okrem toho musíte mať pokožku počas epilácie napnutú, aby ste sa vyhli uštipnutiu.

Laser

Metóda odstraňovania chĺpkov pomocou laseru je jednou z najspoľahlivejších, no finančne najnáročnejších. Aj keď musíte takéto ošetrenie niekoľkokrát zopakovať, výsledok je trvalý. Bohužiaľ, zákrok nie je vhodné praktizovať v letných mesiacoch, pretože sa po odstránení chĺpkov nemôžete vystavovať slnečnému žiareniu. Problematické je jeho použitie na jemné chĺpky a neodporúča sa ženám, ktoré sú tehotné, majú cukrovku, trpia epilepsiou alebo kožnými chorobami.
