Tie časy, keď si ženy úzkymi korzetmi zužovali pás sú už našťastie preč. No aj dnes sa určite vo vašom šatníku objaví pár kúskov oblečenia, ktoré chtiac – nechtiac trošku bránia správnemu krvnému obehu.

Zlý výber podprsenky

Pri výbere spodného prádla a obzvlášť podprsenky, by ste mali dbať v prvom rade na to, aby ste si zvolili správnu veľkosť. Až 70% žien žiaľ nosí iné číslo podprsenky ako by mali. Podprsenka nesmie byť ani príliš voľná a už vôbec nie obtiahnutá. Estetickú stránku ani nejdeme spomínať, pretože vytŕčajúce faldy si určite všimne každý. Skôr sa pozrieme na to, ako vám tento zlý výber môže uškodiť po zdravotnej stránke. Týka sa to samozrejme všetkých žien, no obzvlášť pozorné by mali byť dámy s väčším poprsím. Ak je totiž podprsenka príliš voľná, môže to viesť k bolestiam chrbtice a zároveň k zlému držaniu tela. Naopak, príliš tesná podprsenka má na svedomí sťažené dýchanie.---

Tieto nohavičky rozhodne nie

Pri výbere nohavičiek by ste tiež mali byť dôsledné. Menšie nohavičky vám podobne ako akékoľvek iné tesné oblečenie nebudú práve lichotiť. Práve naopak, zvýraznia aj tie nedostatky, ktoré v skutočnosti nemáte. Pri tomto prádle však pozor aj na materiál z ktorého sú vyrobené. Syntetické materiály vymeňte za tie bavlnené. Nechcete predsa čeliť rôznym baktériám, ktorým sa obzvlášť dobre darí v umelých materiáloch. Mimochodom, ak vás trápia často práve problémy v intímnych oblastiach, prehodnoťte aj nosenie tanga nohavičiek.

 

Tesné rifle

Aj napriek tomu, že sú dostupné oveľa pohodlnejšie strihy džínsov a nohavíc, ženy stále preferujú aj  slim fit strihy. Tie niektorým postavám pristanú, iným síce menej, no v každom prípade je tento typ riflí pre vás pomerne škodlivý. Najmä, ak ho nosíte denne. Ak sú rifle navyše veľmi stiahnuté v páse, pôsobí to negatívne hneď na niekoľko orgánov. Okrem maternice sú to to najmä tráviace orgány. Sprievodnými javmi môže byť zhoršené trávenie, ale aj bolesti brucha. Príliš silný tlak môže zároveň spôsobiť pálenie záhy.---

Aj muži by mali byť v pozore. A to nie len pri uťahovaní kravaty. Ak ste trebárs pribrali a zväčšil sa vám obvod krku a košeľa vám je príliš úzka, mali by ste ju vymeniť. Ak nosíte košele a kravaty denne a ich veľkosť nie je správna, môže to podľa amerických vedcov viesť až k oslepnutiu či k zvýšenému vnútro očnému tlaku. To isté platí aj pre veľmi utiahnuté kravaty. Medzi vašim krkom a kravatou či limcom na košeli by mal byť priestor, do ktorého pohodlne zmestíte dva prsty.---

Zlý výber podprsenky

Pri výbere spodného prádla a obzvlášť podprsenky, by ste mali dbať v prvom rade na to, aby ste si zvolili správnu veľkosť. Až 70% žien žiaľ nosí iné číslo podprsenky ako by mali. Pri výbere nohavičiek by ste tiež mali byť dôsledné. Menšie nohavičky vám podobne ako akékoľvek iné tesné oblečenie nebudú práve lichotiť. Práve naopak, zvýraznia aj tie nedostatky, ktoré v skutočnosti nemáte. Pri tomto prádle však pozor aj na materiál z ktorého sú vyrobené. Syntetické materiály vymeňte za tie bavlnené. Nechcete predsa čeliť rôznym baktériám, ktorým sa obzvlášť dobre darí v umelých materiáloch. Mimochodom, ak vás trápia často práve problémy v intímnych oblastiach, prehodnoťte aj nosenie tanga nohavičiek.
