SPF pre váš typ pokožky

Ak máte veľmi svetlú pokožku s pehami a väčšinou vám pleť na slnku sčervená, no napokon zhnedne, opaľovať by ste sa mali približne 15 minút a používať krém s faktorom SPF 20. Ak máte svetlohnedú pleť bez pieh, vystavovať svoje telo slnku môžete najviac 30 minút, pričom by ste nemali zabúdať používať krém s SPF 15. Ak máte krásne hnedú pokožku a opaľujete sa do bronzova, na slnku môžete stráviť s kľudom aj 40 minút natreté krémom s SPF 10.

Je dôležité, aby ste si uvedomili, že ak budete ochraňovať vašu pokožku pred škodlivým slnečným žiarením, raz sa vám za to poďakuje. Áno, je otravné neustále sa natierať opaľovacím krémom, no rozhodne to stojí za to. Slnečné lúče vám síce dodajú potrebný vitamín D, no rovnako tak spôsobujú starnutie pokožky, vrásky, pigmentové škvrny či dokonca rakovinu kože. Ak sa teda chcete slniť a opáliť si pleť do hneda, nezabudnite na natrieť ochranným prípravkom, pričom dodržujte niekoľko pravidiel.

Aj s ním sa totiž môžete spáliť, a to najmä v prípade, ak sa nenatriete rovnomerne a dostatočným množstvom alebo sa potíte, často utierate a chodíte do vody. Rovnako tak je dôležité, čím sa natierate. Zabudnúť by ste mali na oleje a radšej siahnuť po klasickom kréme, ktorý ochráni pokožku a je odolný voči vode. Predovšetkým by ste sa nemali natierať priamo na slnku, ale 20 minút pred opaľovaním. Nanášať by ste ho mali každé dve hodiny, ale s kľudom môžete aj častejšie, ak sa napríklad kúpete alebo utierate uterákom. Napokon treba myslieť na to, aký ochranný faktor potrebuje váš typ pokožky a koľko času by ste sa mali slniť.

SPF pre váš typ pokožky

Ak máte veľmi svetlú pokožku s pehami a väčšinou vám pleť na slnku sčervená, no napokon zhnedne, opaľovať by ste sa mali približne 15 minút a používať krém s faktorom SPF 20. Ak máte svetlohnedú pleť bez pieh, vystavovať svoje telo slnku môžete najviac 30 minút, pričom by ste nemali zabúdať používať krém s SPF 15. Ak máte krásne hnedú pokožku a opaľujete sa do bronzova, na slnku môžete stráviť s kľudom aj 40 minút natreté krémom s SPF 10.
