S nepríjemným točením hlavy sa pravdepodobne stretla už každá z vás. Ak vás však tento stav trápi na pravidelnej báze, mali by ste zbystriť. Môže totiž signalizovať aj závažnejší problém. Závraty sú najčastejšie príznakom migrény, stresu, úzkosti, nízkeho krvného tlaku, dehydratácie alebo nedostatku spánku. Ak vás často trápi točenie hlavy, zaobstarajte si ginko biloba či už v podobe čaju, tabletách alebo kvapkách. Podľa odborníkov sú tieto listy okrem zlepšenia pamäte skvelé aj na zníženie príznakov závratov a podporu správneho fungovania očí.

 

Kurkuma ako prevencia

Síce by ste to s konzumáciou kurkumy nemali nikdy preháňať, v malom množstve vám môže pomôcť so závratmi. Dôvodom je najmä fakt, že pôsobí antioxidačne a protizápalovo, je vynikajúca na nervy či mozog a podporuje lepšiu koncentráciu.

 

Predíďte problémom

Aby vás závraty netrápili, môžete im vopred predísť vďaka niekoľkým zásadám. V prvom rade sa snažte dodržiavať pitný režim, ráno vstávajte z postele pomaly a počas dňa sa vyvarujte rýchlym pohybom. Keď sa vám bude točiť hlavy, zamerajte sa na jeden fixný bod a ukľudnite celé telo. Okrem toho by ste nemali piť alkohol ani fajčiť, inak problémy ešte zhoršíte.
