Ak ste fanúšikom bezmäsitých jedál, potom si určite pochutnáte aj na rizote s medvedím cesnakom. Na masle opražte väčšiu na drobno nakrájanú šalotku a pridajte jednu šálku arborio ryže. Pár sekúnd ju opražte a zalejte bielym vínom. Keď sa víno odparí, ryžu neustále podievajte horúcim vývarom tak, aby v ňom bola stále ponorená. Kým sa ryža varí, očistite si asi dvadsať lístkov medvedieho cesnaku a rozmixujte ho. Tesne pred dovarením ryže pridajte medvedí cesnak, premiešajte, dochuťte soľou a korením a ešte varte pár minút. Ak ste fanúšikom bezmäsitých jedál, potom si určite pochutnáte aj na rizote s medvedím cesnakom. Na masle opražte väčšiu na drobno nakrájanú šalotku a pridajte jednu šálku arborio ryže. Pár sekúnd ju opražte a zalejte bielym vínom. Keď sa víno odparí, ryžu neustále podievajte horúcim vývarom tak, aby v ňom bola stále ponorená. Kým sa ryža varí, očistite si asi dvadsať lístkov medvedieho cesnaku a rozmixujte ho. Tesne pred dovarením ryže pridajte medvedí cesnak, premiešajte, dochuťte soľou a korením a ešte varte pár minút.
