Okrem toho sa iste sladkému dezertu potešia aj vaše ratolesti. A možno ani neprídu na to, že sa nejedná o klasiku, na ktorú sú zvyknuté. Ďalšou nevyhnutnosťou je výkonný mixér, a potom už len ovocie, oriešky, čokoláda či topingy podľa vašej chuti.

Malinový nice cream

Na výrobu nice creamu pre tri osoby budete potrebovať 3 väčšie zmrazené banány. Vložte ich do mixéra, pridajte čerstvé alebo mrazené maliny, pol pohára ľubovoľného rastlinného mlieka a mixujte do hladka, až kým sa všetko nespojí. Zmrzlina bude síce dostatočne sladká, ale v prípade, že vám to nebude stačiť, dochuťte ju medom alebo čakankovým sirupom. Servírujte vo vysokom pohári, ozdobené malinami a lístkami mäty. Nice cream s horúcim ovocím

Ak boli banány prezreté, sladkosť je zaručená. Na panvici si zatiaľ roztopte lyžicu kokosového alebo trstinového cukru a pridajte misku zmiešaného ovocia. Skvelé je bobuľové ovocie, no aj nektárinky či na menšie kúsky nakrájané broskyne, slivky, marhule. Ovocie chvíľku na panvičke zahrievajte. Nie príliš dlho, aby sa vám nerozvarilo. Kopček zmrzliny prelejte pripravenou ovocnou zmesou a naplno si vychutnajte chuť leta.

Čokoládový nice cream

Najskôr si pripravte čokoládu. Zahrejte 100 ml šľahačkovej smotany. Hneď ako príde do bodu varu ju odstavte a pridajte k nej 120 g kvalitnej čokolády, ktorá by mala obsahovať minimálne 56 % kakaa. Miešajte, kým sa čokoláda v smotane úplne nerozpustí a nechajte ju vychladnúť. Banány začnite mixovať a pomaly prilievajte čokoládu, kým nedosiahnete požadovanú konzistenicu. A je hotová. Výborná pochúťka pre všetkých čokoholikov.

Na výrobu nice creamu pre tri osoby budete potrebovať 3 väčšie zmrazené banány.
