Raňajkovať nanuky a zmrzlinu je snom asi každého dieťaťa. Možno aj dospelého, ale musíme ísť príkladom, preto svojim deťom ako raňajkové menu dávame radšej niečo zdravšie. Nanuky však môžu byť aj plné živín, nabité vitamínmi a bielkovinami. A verte tomu, že tento konkrétny recept vašim drobcom radi naservírujete. A budete tí najlepší rodičia!

Domáci pribináčik na paličke

Ktoré dieťa nemiluje pribináčik? Ak si chcete doma pripraviť ešte zdravšiu alternatívu, ktorá bude obľúbený detský dezert pripomínať, nie je nič jednoduchšie. Čo budete potrebovať?

Kyslú smotanu s tvarohom poriadne vymiešajte. Keby sa vám zmes zdala príliš tuhá, môžete ju zriediť mliekom. Podľa chuti pridajte med alebo vanilkový trstinový cukor. V prípade, že použijete med, pridajte semiačka z vanilkového lusku, prípadne kvalitný vanilkový extrakt. Na dno nanukových formičiek vylejte horkú čokoládu, ktorú ste roztopili vo vodnom kúpeli a následne pridajte tvarohový základ. Takto pripravené nanuky dajte na noc do chladničky.

Chrumkavé potešenie
