Mini zeleninové kiše Príprava: 20 minút & pečenie: 25 minút
Potrebujeme na 8 mini kišov:
Postup:
V miske zmiešame cherry paradajky, brokolicu, cibuľku, neskôr pridáme jemnú salámu a syr. V ďalšej zasa zmiešame vajíčka s pretlačeným cesnakom a bielym jogurtom. Zmes nalejeme do misky so suchými ingredienciami a poriadne premiešame.
Rozbalíme si plát lístkového cesta a začneme doň vytvárať kruhy širším skleneným pohárom tak, aby sme potom vytvarovali tzv. muffinkové košíčky. Z jedného plátu lístkového cesta by nám malo vyjsť 8 koliesok. Kolieskami lístkového cesta potom vystelieme jednotlivé otvory muffinovej formy. Nakoniec cesto naplníme pripravenou zeleninovou zmesou a pečieme pri teplote 180 °C asi 25 minút.

Zwei Bund Lauchzwiebeln klein schneiden und mit 70g Speck anbraten. Abkühlen lassen und in eine der Schüsseln geben. Jeweils 2 TL Senf und Honig unterheben und etwas gehackten Schnittlauch dazu geben und verrühren. Für die andere Schüssel zwei Pck. Mozzarella und 2-3 Hand voll Mini-Tomaten klein schneiden, einige Blätter Oregano dazu geben. Beide Schüsseln mit Salz, Pfeffer, Muskatnuss, Paprikapulver und Knoblauchpulver würzen und in die Formen füllen. Mini zeleninové kiše Príprava: 20 minút & pečenie: 25 minút
Potrebujeme na 8 mini kišov:
Postup:
V miske zmiešame cherry paradajky, brokolicu, cibuľku, neskôr pridáme jemnú salámu a syr. V ďalšej zasa zmiešame vajíčka s pretlačeným cesnakom a bielym jogurtom. Zmes nalejeme do misky so suchými ingredienciami a poriadne premiešame.
Rozbalíme si plát lístkového cesta a začneme doň vytvárať kruhy širším skleneným pohárom tak, aby sme potom vytvarovali tzv. muffinkové košíčky. Z jedného plátu lístkového cesta by nám malo vyjsť 8 koliesok. Kolieskami lístkového cesta potom vystelieme jednotlivé otvory muffinovej formy. Nakoniec cesto naplníme pripravenou zeleninovou zmesou a pečieme pri teplote 180 °C asi 25 minút.

Jeweils 2 TL Senf und Honig unterheben und etwas gehackten Schnittlauch dazu geben und verrühren. Für die andere Schüssel zwei Pck. Mozzarella und 2-3 Hand voll Mini-Tomaten klein schneiden, einige Blätter Oregano dazu geben. Beide Schüsseln mit Salz, Pfeffer, Muskatnuss, Paprikapulver und Knoblauchpulver würzen und in die Formen füllen.
