Chemický píling
Pri tejto metóde sa na pokožku aplikuje kyselina glykolová alebo sa nanesie niekoľko vrstiev regeneračných roztokov, ktoré odstránia staré vrstvy pokožky. Ošetrenie trvá od 15 do 45 minút, v závislosti od veľkosti miesta, na ktoré sú prípravky aplikované. Nezabúdajte, že po každom chemickom pílingu je nutné vyvarovať sa pohybu na slnku.
Laser
Odborníčka zameria jeho lúče na konkrétnu škvrnu a tak dokáže spáliť farbu v mieste pigmentovej škvrny bez toho, aby sa poškodilo okolité tkanivo. Trvá to len niekoľko minút, ale túto „kúru“ treba viackrát opakovať. Dobrou správou je, že nebolí.
Lieky
Medikamentózna liečba zaberá tiež. Hydrochinon, retinoid, kyselina diová, kyselinu azelaová a ďalšie obmedzujú tvorbu škvŕn a zlepšujú rovnomernú distribúciu melanínu, ktorý vznik pigmentových škvŕn spôsobuje.
Jogurt
Biely jogurt zmiešajte s troškou čerstvo vytlačenej citrónovej šťavy a naneste ho na pleť. Nechajte pôsobiť asi 30 minút, následne zotrite, umyte a nakrémujte mastičkou na starecké škvrny, ktorú určite kúpite v lekárni.
Jahody
Jednu jahodu roztlačte a zmiešajte s 2 čajovými lyžičkami bieleho jogurtu, 2 kvapkami kadidlovníkovej silice a polovicou lyžičky kozmetického ílu. Nanášajte na vyčistenú pleť a nechajte pôsobiť asi 20 minút. Umyte a natrite výživným krémom proti škvrnám.
Jablčný ocot
Do nezriedeného jablčného octu namočte vatový tampón a prikladajte ho na škvrny aspoň desať minút. Ak vás trápia hlavne škvrny na rukách, je vhodné robiť si trikrát týždenne kúpele rúk v dubovej kôre zriedenej jablčným octom. Ruky si v nej močte 30 minút.
Cibuľa
Nakrájajte ju na kúsočky a vytvorte si z nej pomocou vidličky či mixéra kašičku. Do nej potom pridajte ocot. Buď jablčný, alebo aj klasický. Ale iba trošku – asi jednu kávovú lyžičku. Vyrobeným „krémom“ si natrite miesta so škvrnami a nechajte pôsobiť minimálne 20 minút.

Pigmentové škvrny – benígna hyperpigmentácia – sa začínajú na tele objavovať bez varovania okolo 50. roku života. Okrem genetických predispozícií je hlavnou príčinou ich vzniku nadmerné vystavovanie pokožky UV žiareniu, či už tomu slnečnému, alebo v soláriu. No to, že sa objavujú, ovplyvňuje aj nadmerná konzumácia alkoholu alebo tabaku, užívanie niektorých druhov liekov, ako aj nadbytok dusičnanov prijímaných v strave.

Chemický píling
Pri tejto metóde sa na pokožku aplikuje kyselina glykolová alebo sa nanesie niekoľko vrstiev regeneračných roztokov, ktoré odstránia staré vrstvy pokožky. Ošetrenie trvá od 15 do 45 minút, v závislosti od veľkosti miesta, na ktoré sú prípravky aplikované. Nezabúdajte, že po každom chemickom pílingu je nutné vyvarovať sa pohybu na slnku.
Laser
Odborníčka zameria jeho lúče na konkrétnu škvrnu a tak dokáže spáliť farbu v mieste pigmentovej škvrny bez toho, aby sa poškodilo okolité tkanivo. Trvá to len niekoľko minút, ale túto „kúru“ treba viackrát opakovať. Dobrou správou je, že nebolí.
Lieky
Medikamentózna liečba zaberá tiež. Hydrochinon, retinoid, kyselina diová, kyselinu azelaová a ďalšie obmedzujú tvorbu škvŕn a zlepšujú rovnomernú distribúciu melanínu, ktorý vznik pigmentových škvŕn spôsobuje.
Jogurt
Biely jogurt zmiešajte s troškou čerstvo vytlačenej citrónovej šťavy a naneste ho na pleť. Nechajte pôsobiť asi 30 minút, následne zotrite, umyte a nakrémujte mastičkou na starecké škvrny, ktorú určite kúpite v lekárni.
Jahody
Jednu jahodu roztlačte a zmiešajte s 2 čajovými lyžičkami bieleho jogurtu, 2 kvapkami kadidlovníkovej silice a polovicou lyžičky kozmetického ílu. Nanášajte na vyčistenú pleť a nechajte pôsobiť asi 20 minút. Umyte a natrite výživným krémom proti škvrnám.
Jablčný ocot
Do nezriedeného jablčného octu namočte vatový tampón a prikladajte ho na škvrny aspoň desať minút. Ak vás trápia hlavne škvrny na rukách, je vhodné robiť si trikrát týždenne kúpele rúk v dubovej kôre zriedenej jablčným octom. Ruky si v nej močte 30 minút.
Cibuľa
Nakrájajte ju na kúsočky a vytvorte si z nej pomocou vidličky či mixéra kašičku. Do nej potom pridajte ocot. Buď jablčný, alebo aj klasický. Ale iba trošku – asi jednu kávovú lyžičku. Vyrobeným „krémom“ si natrite miesta so škvrnami a nechajte pôsobiť minimálne 20 minút.
Vedeli ste?
Pigmentové škvrny – benígna hyperpigmentácia – sa začínajú na tele objavovať bez varovania okolo 50. roku života. Okrem genetických predispozícií je hlavnou príčinou ich vzniku nadmerné vystavovanie pokožky UV žiareniu, či už tomu slnečnému, alebo v soláriu. No to, že sa objavujú, ovplyvňuje aj nadmerná konzumácia alkoholu alebo tabaku, užívanie niektorých druhov liekov, ako aj nadbytok dusičnanov prijímaných v strave.
