Aj v tomto prípade platí, že ak si dáte výnimočne vyprážané jedlo, žiadna dráma sa konať nebude. Horšie je, ak si takéto pokrmy doprajete na pravidelnej báze. Budete tak čeliť zvýšenej tvorbe mazu, upchatým pórom a následne vyrážkam, s ktorými budete bojovať oveľa dlhšie, než ste si pochutnávali na vašom obľúbenom fast foode.
