Šikovné sestry Nízlové, Danielu a Veroniku, všetci poznáme ako legendárne Twiinsky. Vo svete šoubiznisu sa im perfektne darí a fanúšikov si dokázali získať napríklad aj na sociálnych sieťach. Do dnes majú krásny vzťah a život jedna bez druhej si ani náhodou nedokážu predstaviť. 

Aj ony majú problémy

Na svojich sociálnych sieťach sa s fanúšikmi často delia o radosti, ale aj o starosti zo súkromného života. Často zdieľajú situácie, ktoré prežívajú napríklad so svojimi dcérkami. Okrem rodiny však občas priznajú aj zdravotné komplikácie, ktorým musia čeliť. Jednou z nich je aj hallux, teda deformácia palca na nohe. Vybočený prst je deformácia nohy, pri ktorej sa palec odchyľuje od svojej prirodzenej polohy. Takýto problém môže ovplyvniť naša genetika, nevhodná obuv ale najmä časté nosenie podpätkov či úzkych topánok.

Na prvý pohľad sa takýto problém môže zdať drobnosťou, avšak krásne speváčky vie poriadne potrápiť.

Obe rovnako

Svoj problém sa rozhodli pohotovo riešiť a taktiež o ňom bez hanby a otvorene hovoriť. Chcú, aby sa ľudia za takéto problémy nehanbili a šíria osvetu o tom, že takéto komplikácie sú úplne bežné a majú východisko.

,,Mne sa hallux vytvoril, keď som mala asi 20 rokov a presne vtedy sa nosili špicaté topánky na podpätku, a to bola strašná móda, tak ja to pripisujem tomu,“ priznala sa Daniela.

Dvojičky sú vo všetkom prepojené, dokonca aj v zdraví. Jej sestra, Veronika, má totiž rovnaký problém. Hallux sa jej objavil neskôr, počas tehotenstva, kedy ju potrápili aj problémy so štítnou žľazou a hormonálne zmeny, ktoré s tým súvisia. 

„Od pôrodu ma to trápi neustále. Začalo to ako mierne vybočenie palca, ale postupne sa to zhoršovalo. Niekedy mi robí problém obuť si lodičky alebo dlhšie stáť na jednom mieste," priznala Veronika.

 

Ťažkosti a okamžitá pomoc

Daniela priznala, že pri nosení klasickým topánok ju palec nebolí, avšak pri lodičkách je to o niečo komplikovanejšie.

,,Keby som si teraz mala obuť lodičky a stáť v nich celý večer na evente, tak ma to začne trochu bolieť. Napríklad, keď mám celý deň obuté kľudne aj bežecké tenisky, tak tá noha je stiahnutá a už aj keď mám šoférovať a šliapnuť na plyn, tak mi je to občas nepríjemné a cítim bolesť,“ priznala svoje ťažkosti otvorene.

Takéto situácie sú pochopiteľne veľmi obmedzujúce a preto sa obe sestry rozhodli svoje trápenie riešiť.

Nevyhne sa operácii

Dlhodobo skúšali rôzne domáce metódy, masáže, ortopedické vložky či pohodlnú obuv. Zatiaľ však nijaké zázraky neprišli a preto sa rozhodli vyhľadať odbornú pomoc. 

„Navštevujem fyzioterapeuta, skúšala som rôzne cvičenia na spevnenie nohy, ale zatiaľ sa mi nepodarilo problém úplne odstrániť. Nedávno som začala s laserovou terapiou, tak pevne verím, že mi to prinesie úľavu," prezradila Veronika. Daniela je na tom v tomto prípade o niečo horšie. Prezradila, že pravdepodobne bude musieť podstúpiť operáciu, ktorej sa už zrejme nevyhne. 

,,Mám výbornú ortopédku v Púchove a odporučila mi chirurga, ktorý operuje v Košiciach v Šaci. Je to veľký špecialista práve aj na halluxy, chodí operovať aj do Dubaja a už ich operuje úplne novou metódou. Ostanú ti tam len 3 až 4 vpichy. Už to nesekajú ako voľakedy a aj rekonvalescencia je oveľa kratšia. Takže niekedy sa tam chystám,“ prezradila pre portál Diva.sk.

Sestry veria, že po odbornej pomoci sa budú cítiť lepšie a vrátia sa opäť k plnohodnotnému a spokojnému životu.

Šikovné sestry Nízlové, Danielu a Veroniku, všetci poznáme ako legendárne Twiinsky. Vo svete šoubiznisu sa im perfektne darí a fanúšikov si dokázali získať napríklad aj na sociálnych sieťach. Do dnes majú krásny vzťah a život jedna bez druhej si ani náhodou nedokážu predstaviť. 

Aj ony majú problémy

Na svojich sociálnych sieťach sa s fanúšikmi často delia o radosti, ale aj o starosti zo súkromného života. Často zdieľajú situácie, ktoré prežívajú napríklad so svojimi dcérkami. Okrem rodiny však občas priznajú aj zdravotné komplikácie, ktorým musia čeliť. Jednou z nich je aj hallux, teda deformácia palca na nohe. Vybočený prst je deformácia nohy, pri ktorej sa palec odchyľuje od svojej prirodzenej polohy. Takýto problém môže ovplyvniť naša genetika, nevhodná obuv ale najmä časté nosenie podpätkov či úzkych topánok.

Na prvý pohľad sa takýto problém môže zdať drobnosťou, avšak krásne speváčky vie poriadne potrápiť.

Obe rovnako

Svoj problém sa rozhodli pohotovo riešiť a taktiež o ňom bez hanby a otvorene hovoriť. Chcú, aby sa ľudia za takéto problémy nehanbili a šíria osvetu o tom, že takéto komplikácie sú úplne bežné a majú východisko.

,,Mne sa hallux vytvoril, keď som mala asi 20 rokov a presne vtedy sa nosili špicaté topánky na podpätku, a to bola strašná móda, tak ja to pripisujem tomu,“ priznala sa Daniela.

Dvojičky sú vo všetkom prepojené, dokonca aj v zdraví. Jej sestra, Veronika, má totiž rovnaký problém. Hallux sa jej objavil neskôr, počas tehotenstva, kedy ju potrápili aj problémy so štítnou žľazou a hormonálne zmeny, ktoré s tým súvisia. 

„Od pôrodu ma to trápi neustále. Začalo to ako mierne vybočenie palca, ale postupne sa to zhoršovalo. Niekedy mi robí problém obuť si lodičky alebo dlhšie stáť na jednom mieste," priznala Veronika.

 

Ťažkosti a okamžitá pomoc

Daniela priznala, že pri nosení klasickým topánok ju palec nebolí, avšak pri lodičkách je to o niečo komplikovanejšie.

,,Keby som si teraz mala obuť lodičky a stáť v nich celý večer na evente, tak ma to začne trochu bolieť. Napríklad, keď mám celý deň obuté kľudne aj bežecké tenisky, tak tá noha je stiahnutá a už aj keď mám šoférovať a šliapnuť na plyn, tak mi je to občas nepríjemné a cítim bolesť,“ priznala svoje ťažkosti otvorene.

Takéto situácie sú pochopiteľne veľmi obmedzujúce a preto sa obe sestry rozhodli svoje trápenie riešiť.

Nevyhne sa operácii

Dlhodobo skúšali rôzne domáce metódy, masáže, ortopedické vložky či pohodlnú obuv. Zatiaľ však nijaké zázraky neprišli a preto sa rozhodli vyhľadať odbornú pomoc. 

„Navštevujem fyzioterapeuta, skúšala som rôzne cvičenia na spevnenie nohy, ale zatiaľ sa mi nepodarilo problém úplne odstrániť. Nedávno som začala s laserovou terapiou, tak pevne verím, že mi to prinesie úľavu," prezradila Veronika. Daniela je na tom v tomto prípade o niečo horšie. Prezradila, že pravdepodobne bude musieť podstúpiť operáciu, ktorej sa už zrejme nevyhne. 

,,Mám výbornú ortopédku v Púchove a odporučila mi chirurga, ktorý operuje v Košiciach v Šaci. Je to veľký špecialista práve aj na halluxy, chodí operovať aj do Dubaja a už ich operuje úplne novou metódou. Ostanú ti tam len 3 až 4 vpichy. Už to nesekajú ako voľakedy a aj rekonvalescencia je oveľa kratšia. Takže niekedy sa tam chystám,“ prezradila pre portál Diva.sk.

Sestry veria, že po odbornej pomoci sa budú cítiť lepšie a vrátia sa opäť k plnohodnotnému a spokojnému životu.

Twiinsky (38) väčšina z nás pozná ako sebavedomé, usmiate a večne dobre naladené dámy. Faktom je, že občas aj ony v súkromí zápasia s nepríjemnými ťažkosťami. Aktuálne ich obe trápi zdravotný problém, ktorý je niekedy doslova neznesiteľný. Bude jedna z nich musieť podstúpiť operáciu?

Šikovné sestry Nízlové, Danielu a Veroniku, všetci poznáme ako legendárne Twiinsky. Vo svete šoubiznisu sa im perfektne darí a fanúšikov si dokázali získať napríklad aj na sociálnych sieťach. Do dnes majú krásny vzťah a život jedna bez druhej si ani náhodou nedokážu predstaviť. 

Aj ony majú problémy

Na svojich sociálnych sieťach sa s fanúšikmi často delia o radosti, ale aj o starosti zo súkromného života. Často zdieľajú situácie, ktoré prežívajú napríklad so svojimi dcérkami. Okrem rodiny však občas priznajú aj zdravotné komplikácie, ktorým musia čeliť. Jednou z nich je aj hallux, teda deformácia palca na nohe. Vybočený prst je deformácia nohy, pri ktorej sa palec odchyľuje od svojej prirodzenej polohy. Takýto problém môže ovplyvniť naša genetika, nevhodná obuv ale najmä časté nosenie podpätkov či úzkych topánok.

Na prvý pohľad sa takýto problém môže zdať drobnosťou, avšak krásne speváčky vie poriadne potrápiť.

Obe rovnako

Svoj problém sa rozhodli pohotovo riešiť a taktiež o ňom bez hanby a otvorene hovoriť. Chcú, aby sa ľudia za takéto problémy nehanbili a šíria osvetu o tom, že takéto komplikácie sú úplne bežné a majú východisko.

,,Mne sa hallux vytvoril, keď som mala asi 20 rokov a presne vtedy sa nosili špicaté topánky na podpätku, a to bola strašná móda, tak ja to pripisujem tomu,“ priznala sa Daniela.

Dvojičky sú vo všetkom prepojené, dokonca aj v zdraví. Jej sestra, Veronika, má totiž rovnaký problém. Hallux sa jej objavil neskôr, počas tehotenstva, kedy ju potrápili aj problémy so štítnou žľazou a hormonálne zmeny, ktoré s tým súvisia. 

„Od pôrodu ma to trápi neustále. Začalo to ako mierne vybočenie palca, ale postupne sa to zhoršovalo. Niekedy mi robí problém obuť si lodičky alebo dlhšie stáť na jednom mieste," priznala Veronika.
