Vyberte všetko zo skrine a trieďte

Kapsula neznamená, že musíte mať len pár vecí. Ide o kolekciu univerzálnych kúskov, ktoré sa medzi sebou ľahko kombinujú. Základy ako neutrálne tričká, kvalitný sveter, jedny dobre sediace rifle či kabát sa postarajú o to, že vždy budete mať čo na seba, a rozhodne bez chaosu.

A čo tak kategórie?

Farebné radenie vyzerá krásne na fotkách, no v praxi je najprehladnejšie usporiadanie podľa kategórie: vrchné diely, spodné diely, šaty, športové oblečenie, domáce oblečenie a sezónne veci. Až potom môžete jemne doladiť farby v rámci jednotlivých skupín.

A samozrejme, oblečenie, ktoré využívate denne, by malo byť v najdostupnejších častiach skrine.

Začnime celkom jednoduchým krokom, ktorý však dokáže zázraky.

Vyberte všetko zo skrine a trieďte

Ak chcete mať jasno v tom, čo skutočne vlastníte, je dôležité vyprázdniť celý šatník. Hromada oblečenia na posteli môže pôsobiť desivo, no práve to vám ukáže reálny stav vecí. Neanalyzujte jednotlivé kúsky hneď. Najskôr si len uvedomte ich množstvo.

Následne pristúpte k tomu, že si ponecháte iba to, čo nosíte a máte rada. Minimalizmus v šatníku nie je o extrémnom počte kúskov, ale o tom, aby ste v skrini mali oblečenie, ktoré vám sedí a v ktorom sa cítite dobre.

Každý kúsok si úprimne zhodnoťte: nosíte ho? Je pohodlný? Dobre sedí? Je v dobrom stave? Ak nie, nechajte ho ísť.

Vytvorte si kapsulový šatník

Kapsula neznamená, že musíte mať len pár vecí. Ide o kolekciu univerzálnych kúskov, ktoré sa medzi sebou ľahko kombinujú. Základy ako neutrálne tričká, kvalitný sveter, jedny dobre sediace rifle či kabát sa postarajú o to, že vždy budete mať čo na seba, a rozhodne bez chaosu.

A čo tak kategórie?

Farebné radenie vyzerá krásne na fotkách, no v praxi je najprehladnejšie usporiadanie podľa kategórie: vrchné diely, spodné diely, šaty, športové oblečenie, domáce oblečenie a sezónne veci. Až potom môžete jemne doladiť farby v rámci jednotlivých skupín.

A samozrejme, oblečenie, ktoré využívate denne, by malo byť v najdostupnejších častiach skrine.

Zavesené kúsky sa menej krčia a pôsobia prehľadnejšie. To, čo nosíte menej často, môže byť poskladané v zásuvkách.

Jeden dnu, druhý von

Za každých okolností platí, že stačí krátka revízia raz za sezónu. Pozrite sa, čo ste nenosili, čo je poškodené alebo čo už nesedí vašemu štýlu. Tak si udržíte systém, ktorý ste si vytvorili, bez veľkého úsilia.
