Ak patríte k milovníčkam jesene a špeciálne jabĺk, tento článok je pre vás. Pozrite, ako tieto plody využiť efektívne, netradične a chutne. 

Skúste to na slano

Hoci sme zvyknutí na jablká ako sladkú pochúťku, ich jemná kyselkavá chuť vie nádherne doplniť aj slané jedlá. Skvelo sa hodia ku kuraciemu či bravčovému mäsu, pretože mu dodajú sviežosť a ľahkosť. Vyskúšajte napríklad kuracie mäso s jablkami a tymianom. Je to jednoduchý recept, ktorý premení bežný obed na elegantné jedlo s jesennou vôňou.

Ak máte radi šaláty, jablká v nich vytvoria perfektný kontrast k slaným ingredienciám. V kombinácii s kozím syrom, orechmi a listovým šalátom vytvoria harmóniu chutí, ktorú si rýchlo zamilujete.

A ak hľadáte niečo teplé a výživné, skúste upiecť jablká spolu s tekvicou a medom. Výsledkom bude sladko-slaná príloha, ktorá sa hodí ku grilovanému mäsu aj ako samostatné jedlo.

A čo tak nápoje zdravia?

Jablká sú plné vitamínov, vlákniny a antioxidantov, ktoré posilňujú imunitu, podporujú trávenie a čistia organizmus. Práve preto sú ideálne na prípravu zdravých jesenných nápojov.

Ráno si môžete pripraviť čerstvý jablkový fresh s kvapkou citróna a kúskom zázvoru. Ten skvele naštartuje metabolizmus a dodá telu energiu. Ak preferujete teplé nápoje, skúste si spraviť domáci jablkový punč so škoricou a klinčekmi. Jeho vôňa rozvonia celý byt a dokonale vás zahreje počas chladných večerov.

 

Pomáhajú aj kráse

Jablká sú pokladom aj pre vašu pleť. Obsahujú ovocné kyseliny, ktoré jemne odstraňujú odumreté bunky, sťahujú póry a rozjasňujú pokožku.

Ak máte po ruke jedno jablko a lyžičku medu, máte hotovú domácu pleťovú masku. Stačí ich rozmixovať, naniesť na tvár a nechať pôsobiť desať minút. Pleť bude hebká, svieža a prirodzene žiarivá.

Ich vôňa je nezabudnuteľná

Jablká môžu prevoňať domov tak prirodzene, ako to nedokáže žiadny umelý osviežovač.

Ak si želáte, aby váš byt voňal ako čerstvo upečená štrúdľa, nakrájajte jablko, pridajte škoricu, klinčeky a varte všetko v hrnci s vodou. Vzduch sa naplní hrejivou arómou, ktorá navodí útulnú jesennú atmosféru. Z jabĺk si môžete vytvoriť aj krásne dekorácie. Sušené jablkové krúžky spolu s orieškami, šiškami a kúskom škorice v miske pôsobia prirodzene a štýlovo.

A ak chcete niečo romantickejšie, vydlabte polovicu jablka, naplňte ju voskom s knôtom a vytvorte si originálnu sviečku, ktorá bude nádherne voňať.

Nezabúdame na klasiku

Bez jablkového koláča by jeseň nebola úplná, no aj ten sa dá pripraviť s malou obmenou. Skúste namiesto klasickej štrúdle upiecť mini jablkové koláčiky v poháriku. Sú roztomilé, praktické a ideálne na návštevy. Ak chcete niečo zdravšie, upečte muffiny z celozrnnej múky, orechov a kokosového cukru. A keď túžite po niečom jednoduchom, upečte celé jablká s ovsenou posýpkou, medom a kvapkou javorového sirupu.

Všetky tieto dezerty krásne doplní štipka škorice, vanilky či citrónovej kôry, ktorá osvieži chuť a dodá im sviežosť.
