Výmena obliečok jedenkrát za mesiac určite nestačí. Aspoň vankúš meňte minimálne raz za dva, no ideálne raz za týždeň.

A mimochodom, všetko sa to zachytáva aj na vašich vlasoch, takže sa nemôžete čudovať, že sa napríklad oveľa rýchlejšie mastia.

Na materiáloch záleží

Ak sa vám aj nechce prezliekať všetko vrátane plachty, aspoň obliečku vankúša meňte pokiaľ možno čo najčastejšie. Jedenkrát za týždeň je optimálne, no viac ako dva týždne by ste ju určite nemali používať. Dôležitý je tiež materiál, z ktorého sú vaše obliečky zhotovené. Kvalitnou bavlnou, ktorá je šetrná k vašej pleti a navyše zachytáva vlhkosť nič nepokazíte. No dajte šancu aj hodvábu. Okolo neho vznikol sa posledné roky poriadny boom a zrejme celkom oprávnene. Okrem iných benefitov neotláča tvár tak ako iné materiály a bráni tak vzniku prvých vrások.

Výmena obliečok jedenkrát za mesiac určite nestačí. Aspoň vankúš meňte minimálne raz za dva, no ideálne raz za týždeň.

Zdroj baktérií

Do perín si väčšinou líhate osprchovaní a čistí. Väčšina žien po sprche nezabúda ani na krémovanie tela. A tvári venujte určite ešte oveľa viac tak pozornosti, ako aj produktov. Nie všetky sa však 100 percentne vstrebú do pleti a zvyšky z nich sa zachytia aj na vankúši. A noc čo noc si ich roznášate opäť po pleti. Samozrejme už so značnou dávkou baktérii, ktoré sa na obliečkach stihli rozmnožiť. V kombinácii s potom, slinami a tiež odumretými čiastočkami kože to je ideálne prostredie pre tvorbu akné. A mimochodom, všetko sa to zachytáva aj na vašich vlasoch, takže sa nemôžete čudovať, že sa napríklad oveľa rýchlejšie mastia.

Na materiáloch záleží

Ak sa vám aj nechce prezliekať všetko vrátane plachty, aspoň obliečku vankúša meňte pokiaľ možno čo najčastejšie. Jedenkrát za týždeň je optimálne, no viac ako dva týždne by ste ju určite nemali používať. Dôležitý je tiež materiál, z ktorého sú vaše obliečky zhotovené. Kvalitnou bavlnou, ktorá je šetrná k vašej pleti a navyše zachytáva vlhkosť nič nepokazíte. No dajte šancu aj hodvábu. Okolo neho vznikol sa posledné roky poriadny boom a zrejme celkom oprávnene. Okrem iných benefitov neotláča tvár tak ako iné materiály a bráni tak vzniku prvých vrások.
