Niekto vás v sne naháňal s nožom v ruke, priviazal v lese o strom alebo vám zobral deti, no vy ste ich nemohli zachrániť. Ak sa nočné mory opakujú a ich obsah si vždy pamätáte, mali by ste spozornieť. Strašidelné sny totiž negatívne ovplyvňujú nielen váš život, ale aj spánok, z ktorého môžete mať strach. Nie ste schopné sústrediť sa na iné aktivity a neustále myslíte na to, čo sa vám snívalo. Opakujúce sa nočné mory však môžu byť aj signálom rozvíjajúcej sa Parkinsonovej či Alzheimerovej choroby.
