Kedy a ako ich jesť

Najvhodnejší čas na konzumáciu orechov je práve na jeseň, keď sú čerstvo vylúpané a plné živín. Vlašské, lieskové, mandle, kešu či pekanové orechy, každý druh je iný a je len na vás, ktoré si vás získajú.

Kedy a ako ich jesť

Najvhodnejší čas na konzumáciu orechov je práve na jeseň, keď sú čerstvo vylúpané a plné živín. Vlašské, lieskové, mandle, kešu či pekanové orechy, každý druh je iný a je len na vás, ktoré si vás získajú. 

Ak si ich chcete uchovať dlhšie, skladujte ich na chladnom, suchom a tmavom mieste, ideálne v uzavretej nádobe v chladničke. Takto si zachovajú svoju chuť aj výživové hodnoty po celé mesiace.

Nepriatelia štíhlej línie?

Orechy síce patria medzi kalorickejšie potraviny, no to z nich nerobí nepriateľov štíhlej línie, ako sa často zvykne hovoriť.

Práve naopak, ak si doprajete malú hrsť denne, teda približne tridsať gramov, dodáte telu zdravé tuky, bielkoviny aj vlákninu, ktoré vám pomôžu zasýtiť sa a udržať stabilnú hladinu cukru v krvi. Skvelé sú aj ako dopoludňajšia desiata.

Jednoducho a chutne

Orechy sú neuveriteľne všestranné.

Môžete ich pridať do ovsenej kaše, smoothie či jogurtu, nasypať ich do šalátu namiesto krutónov alebo si z nich pripraviť vlastné orechové maslo bez pridaného cukru. Výborne chutia aj v koláčoch, domácom müsli či len tak, v malej miske na stole, keď potrebujete rýchlu zdravú maškrtu.

Vďaka ich neutrálnej, no zároveň bohatej chuti sa hodia takmer do každého jedla, a to aj do sladkého aj do slaného. A ak ich pred konzumáciou na pár hodín namočíte do vody, stanú sa ešte ľahšie stráviteľnými a telo z nich dokáže získať viac živín.

 

Zázraky prírody

Ak sa pýtate, prečo sú práve orechy tak veľmi vzácne, tu je odpoveď.

Orechy sú totiž koncentrovaným zdrojom výživy. Obsahujú zdravé tuky, najmä omega-3 a omega-6 mastné kyseliny, ktoré prospievajú srdcu a cievam. Nájdeme v nich tiež vitamín E, horčík, zinok a selén. Ide o látky, ktoré spomaľujú starnutie buniek a podporujú imunitu.

Vďaka kombinácii živín pomáhajú aj mozgu, pretože zlepšujú sústredenie, pamäť a znižujú únavu.
