Pri slove samota sa väčšina ľudí zľakne, alebo rozľútostí. Jeho skutočná podstata je však rozmanitá a krásna a vôbec nie je osamelá. Dokážeme vďaka nej vstúpiť do seba, svojich túžob, tráviť čas presne tak ako sa nám zachce a dokonca, vďaka spokojnosti so sebou sme príjemnejšími spoločníkmi aj pre ostatných ľudí.

Samota vie byť príjemná len vtedy, keď si ju volíme sami. Vynútená samota nie je príjemná nikomu.

Odmalička sme vedení tak, aby sme boli v spoločnosti. Niekedy sme do kolektívu vyháňaní aj keď oň nestojíme len preto, lebo sa to považuje za “prirodzené”. Je však verejne známe, že tak ako existujú rôzne charakterové a osobnostné typy (sangvinik, melancholik..) existujú aj introverti a extroverti. Často dokonca dochádza ku zmiešaným typom osobností ako napríklad extrovertní introverti.

Korene v histórií

Všetko pramení z histórie, ktorá hovorí, že sme najsilnejší, keď sme vo veľkom počte. Zrejme preto sme odmalička vedení ku nadväzovaniu dlhoročných vzťahov a interakcií, aby sme sa mali vždy na koho obrátiť, zdieľať všetky svoje radosti a starosti. V skutočnosti však existujú aj typy ľudí, ktorí sú silnejší, keď je im dovolené spoliehať sa na seba. Vynútené chodenie do spoločnosti týmto ľuďom ubližuje a degraduje ich skutočnú charakterovú hodnotu.

Pasívny spoločník

Chodiť medzi ľudí a užívať si ich spoločnosť nemusí nutne znamenať stopercentnú angažovanosť. Niekedy stačí byť len súčasťou kolektívu a pozorovať. Určite sa už každej z nás stalo, že sme chceli byť s niekým sami. Potichu. Alebo nám stačilo len načúvať, čo má ten druhý na srdci a nepotrebovali sme hneď zdieľať celý svoj život. Aj to je úplne v poriadku a je to forma spoločenského života. Predstavte si, keby boli všetci extrovertní. Nikdy by sa nikto nedostal k slovu.

Výhody samoty

Jedným z najväčších luxusov samoty je, že sa nemusíme nikoho na nič pýtať. Nemusíme sa prispôsobovať a robíme všetko kedy chceme a ako chceme. Práve preto vie byť samota taká opojná.

 

Či už je to impulzívnosť, pri ktorej sa môžeme ráno zobudiť s úžasným nápadom zbaliť sa a odísť na pár dní na hory, vstať a ísť na kávu bez toho, že musíme čakať kým sa niekto pripraví, povie svoj čas, ktorí mu vyhovuje a celý spontánny proces sa vynuluje na dohadovanie a čakanie. Alebo slobodne pozerať v nedeľu v pyžame celý deň seriál bez toho, aby to niekto komentoval.

Regenerácia myšlienok

Samota dokáže byť prospešná aj pre ľudí, ktorí dlho trávili čas v spoločnosti jedného partnera alebo nevhodnej skupiny. Tak dlho sme museli zdieľať myšlienky, názory a konfigurovať ich tak, aby to vyhovovalo aj druhej strane. Z lásky, záujmu, kompromisu. Akonáhle sa ocitneme sami, vie to byť desivé, no po pár dňoch sa naša myseľ aj telo prispôsobí a uvedomíme si ako veľa vecí sme si neuvedomovali. Čo všetko tvorí naše skutočné ja. To neovplyvnené, to, ktoré je naša najhlbšia podstata.

Po rozjasnení mysle, názorov a túžob, po tom čo si na samotu už celkom zvykneme prichádza usporiadanie priorít. Môžeme si premietnuť celý život a všetko čo sme zažili a túžili zažiť, pretože nikdy nie je neskoro. Existuje staré čínske príslovie, ktoré hovorí že najlepší čas zasadiť strom bolo pred 20 rokmi. Samota nie je osamelosť

Tieto pojmy nie jej vhodné navzájom zamieňať, aj keď sa môžu zdať podobné. Pocit osamelostiv dnešnej dobe dal vzniknúť novému fenoménu, tzv. zdieľanej samote, cez mobily. Zatiaľ čo osamenie je typický nežiadúci nedostatok medziľudských vzťahov, samota nám pomáha, keď si potrebujeme oddýchnuť od manžela, detí, kolegov či susedov. Vieme ale, že tu pre nás sú. Máme ich radi a oni majú radi nás. Len čas od času si prečítame knižku osamote. Osamelý jedinec túto voľbu nemá. Ten je sám, aj keď nechce. Osamelí ľudia sa často cítia bez energie, menej šťastní ale tiež zažívajú pocit väčšieho pokoja.

Umenie samoty

Problematikou samoty sa zaoberá aj psychologička Thuy-vy Nguyen z univerzity v anglickom Durhame. Tvrdí, že samota nemusí byť dobrá za každých okolností, ale niekedy áno. Dokonca používa pojem umenie samoty. Z hľadiska psychohygieny je samota dôležitým prvkom k nastoleniu duševnej rovnováhy. „Všímajte si, kedy chcete byť sami. Vo chvíľach preťaženia. Keď skrátka cítime, že už okolie nemôžeme vystáť. Potom sa so šálkou kávy zavrieme niekam do rohu a lížeme si rany ako mačka. Samota sa v tomto okamihu stáva naším spojencom a záchrancom v jednom. Pomáha nám načerpať nové sily.“

Pri slove samota sa väčšina ľudí zľakne, alebo rozľútostí. Jeho skutočná podstata je však rozmanitá a krásna a vôbec nie je osamelá. Dokážeme vďaka nej vstúpiť do seba, svojich túžob, tráviť čas presne tak ako sa nám zachce a dokonca, vďaka spokojnosti so sebou sme príjemnejšími spoločníkmi aj pre ostatných ľudí.

Samota vie byť príjemná len vtedy, keď si ju volíme sami. Vynútená samota nie je príjemná nikomu.

Odmalička sme vedení tak, aby sme boli v spoločnosti. Niekedy sme do kolektívu vyháňaní aj keď oň nestojíme len preto, lebo sa to považuje za “prirodzené”. Je však verejne známe, že tak ako existujú rôzne charakterové a osobnostné typy (sangvinik, melancholik..) existujú aj introverti a extroverti. Často dokonca dochádza ku zmiešaným typom osobností ako napríklad extrovertní introverti.

Korene v histórií

Všetko pramení z histórie, ktorá hovorí, že sme najsilnejší, keď sme vo veľkom počte. Zrejme preto sme odmalička vedení ku nadväzovaniu dlhoročných vzťahov a interakcií, aby sme sa mali vždy na koho obrátiť, zdieľať všetky svoje radosti a starosti. V skutočnosti však existujú aj typy ľudí, ktorí sú silnejší, keď je im dovolené spoliehať sa na seba. Vynútené chodenie do spoločnosti týmto ľuďom ubližuje a degraduje ich skutočnú charakterovú hodnotu.

Pasívny spoločník

Chodiť medzi ľudí a užívať si ich spoločnosť nemusí nutne znamenať stopercentnú angažovanosť. Niekedy stačí byť len súčasťou kolektívu a pozorovať. Určite sa už každej z nás stalo, že sme chceli byť s niekým sami. Potichu. Alebo nám stačilo len načúvať, čo má ten druhý na srdci a nepotrebovali sme hneď zdieľať celý svoj život. Aj to je úplne v poriadku a je to forma spoločenského života. Predstavte si, keby boli všetci extrovertní. Nikdy by sa nikto nedostal k slovu.

Výhody samoty

Jedným z najväčších luxusov samoty je, že sa nemusíme nikoho na nič pýtať. Nemusíme sa prispôsobovať a robíme všetko kedy chceme a ako chceme. Práve preto vie byť samota taká opojná.

 

Či už je to impulzívnosť, pri ktorej sa môžeme ráno zobudiť s úžasným nápadom zbaliť sa a odísť na pár dní na hory, vstať a ísť na kávu bez toho, že musíme čakať kým sa niekto pripraví, povie svoj čas, ktorí mu vyhovuje a celý spontánny proces sa vynuluje na dohadovanie a čakanie. Alebo slobodne pozerať v nedeľu v pyžame celý deň seriál bez toho, aby to niekto komentoval.

Regenerácia myšlienok

Samota dokáže byť prospešná aj pre ľudí, ktorí dlho trávili čas v spoločnosti jedného partnera alebo nevhodnej skupiny. Tak dlho sme museli zdieľať myšlienky, názory a konfigurovať ich tak, aby to vyhovovalo aj druhej strane. Z lásky, záujmu, kompromisu. Akonáhle sa ocitneme sami, vie to byť desivé, no po pár dňoch sa naša myseľ aj telo prispôsobí a uvedomíme si ako veľa vecí sme si neuvedomovali. Čo všetko tvorí naše skutočné ja. To neovplyvnené, to, ktoré je naša najhlbšia podstata.

Po rozjasnení mysle, názorov a túžob, po tom čo si na samotu už celkom zvykneme prichádza usporiadanie priorít. Môžeme si premietnuť celý život a všetko čo sme zažili a túžili zažiť, pretože nikdy nie je neskoro. Existuje staré čínske príslovie, ktoré hovorí že najlepší čas zasadiť strom bolo pred 20 rokmi. Samota nie je osamelosť

Tieto pojmy nie jej vhodné navzájom zamieňať, aj keď sa môžu zdať podobné. Pocit osamelostiv dnešnej dobe dal vzniknúť novému fenoménu, tzv. zdieľanej samote, cez mobily. Obidva pojmy charakterizuje absencia druhých osôb. Rozdiel je ale v vnútri. Zatiaľ čo osamenie je typický nežiadúci nedostatok medziľudských vzťahov, samota nám pomáha, keď si potrebujeme oddýchnuť od manžela, detí, kolegov či susedov. Vieme ale, že tu pre nás sú. Máme ich radi a oni majú radi nás. Len čas od času si prečítame knižku osamote. Osamelý jedinec túto voľbu nemá. Ten je sám, aj keď nechce. Osamelí ľudia sa často cítia bez energie, menej šťastní ale tiež zažívajú pocit väčšieho pokoja.

Umenie samoty

Problematikou samoty sa zaoberá aj psychologička Thuy-vy Nguyen z univerzity v anglickom Durhame. Tvrdí, že samota nemusí byť dobrá za každých okolností, ale niekedy áno. Dokonca používa pojem umenie samoty. Z hľadiska psychohygieny je samota dôležitým prvkom k nastoleniu duševnej rovnováhy. „Všímajte si, kedy chcete byť sami. Vo chvíľach preťaženia. Keď skrátka cítime, že už okolie nemôžeme vystáť. Potom sa so šálkou kávy zavrieme niekam do rohu a lížeme si rany ako mačka. Samota sa v tomto okamihu stáva naším spojencom a záchrancom v jednom. Pomáha nám načerpať nové sily.“

Zatiaľ čo osamenie je typický nežiadúci nedostatok medziľudských vzťahov, samota nám pomáha, keď si potrebujeme oddýchnuť od manžela, detí, kolegov či susedov. Vieme ale, že tu pre nás sú. Máme ich radi a oni majú radi nás. Len čas od času si prečítame knižku osamote. Osamelý jedinec túto voľbu nemá. Ten je sám, aj keď nechce. Osamelí ľudia sa často cítia bez energie, menej šťastní ale tiež zažívajú pocit väčšieho pokoja.

Umenie samoty

Problematikou samoty sa zaoberá aj psychologička Thuy-vy Nguyen z univerzity v anglickom Durhame. Tvrdí, že samota nemusí byť dobrá za každých okolností, ale niekedy áno. Dokonca používa pojem umenie samoty. Z hľadiska psychohygieny je samota dôležitým prvkom k nastoleniu duševnej rovnováhy. „Všímajte si, kedy chcete byť sami. Vo chvíľach preťaženia. Keď skrátka cítime, že už okolie nemôžeme vystáť. Potom sa so šálkou kávy zavrieme niekam do rohu a lížeme si rany ako mačka. Samota sa v tomto okamihu stáva naším spojencom a záchrancom v jednom. Pomáha nám načerpať nové sily.“
