Skúste nevšedné orechy

Skvelou ingredienciou, ktorá ozvláštni každý šalát, sú orechy. Okrem orechov vlašských alebo pistácií môžete skúsiť para orechy. Para orechy patria k tým vôbec najchutnejším, navyše obsahujú cenné látky, ktoré k vášmu cieľu – teda zdravšiemu životnému štýlu a krajšej postave – výrazne pomôžu. Ostatne hrsť rôznych druhov orechov denne je všeobecne do vyváženého jedálnička odporúčaná.

Pre zachovanie všetkých živín je najlepšie konzumovať orechy v surovej (resp. raw) podobe, teda nie tie pražené. Pokiaľ vám ale robí konzumácia šalátov problém a chcete dostať jeho chuť na vyššiu úroveň, môžete skúsiť aj tieto varianty.

Chutné ovocie

Súčasťou šalátu môže byť v rozumnom množstve aj ovocie. Ovocie nesmie byť hlavnou zložkou, pretože je sladké, a ak by sme konzumovali čisto ovocný šalát, diétne fungovať nebude. Kúsok jablka, pomaranča či grepu ale šalát príjemne osvieži.

Alternatívou môže byť trocha ovocnej šťavy, s pomocou ktorej listy šalátu dochutíte.

Každý šalát zachráni dresing

Na dochucovanie rovno nadviažeme. Každý šalát by mal byť dochutený. Jesť suché zelené listy skutočne chutné nie je a niet divu, pokiaľ na také šaláty chuť nemáte.

Šalát by však nemal byť „utopený“ v majonéze, potom už by sme totiž nemohli hovoriť o ľahkom a zdravom jedle. Najjednoduchšou zálievkou je kombinácia olivového oleja a balzamikového octu. Skúsiť ale môžete aj pokročilejšie dresingy napríklad na báze jogurtu, tvarohu, ale aj domácej majonézy, len opatrne s dávkovaním. Jedna alebo dve lyžičky (zarovnané, nie vrchovaté!) dresingu na jednu porciu šalátu by mali stačiť.

Grilované mäso a plody mora

Šalát s grilovaným kuracím mäsom dnes asi nikoho nevytrhne. Do šalátu ale môžete pridať aj grilovanú bravčovú panenku, hovädzí steak, krevety alebo napríklad tuniaka či lososa. Skrátka stavte na to, čo máte radi, prípadne si pripravujte rôzne variácie.

Rozhodne neplatí, že pokiaľ sa v šaláte nachádza mäso, tak je razom nezdravý a z hľadiska diéty nefunkčný. Naopak, aj pri redukčnej diéte potrebujete konzumovať v rozumnom množstve široké spektrum živín. Kvalitné mäso, ryby aj plody mora rozhodne do zdravého jedálnička patria. Na prípravu mäsa či ryby môžete využiť napríklad elektrický gril, Ktorý sa okrem záhrady zmestí aj do každej kuchyne.

Dobrý syr

Tiež syry sa s ostatnými ingredienciami skvele dopĺňajú – párovanie syrov s orechmi alebo ovocím vás doslova oslní. Môže ísť dokonca o náhradu mäsa v prípade vegetariánskych šalátov. Skúste napríklad syry s modrou plesňou v kombinácii s vlašskými orechmi, hruškou a poľníčkom.

Skúste nevšedné orechy

Skvelou ingredienciou, ktorá ozvláštni každý šalát, sú orechy. Okrem orechov vlašských alebo pistácií môžete skúsiť para orechy. Para orechy patria k tým vôbec najchutnejším, navyše obsahujú cenné látky, ktoré k vášmu cieľu – teda zdravšiemu životnému štýlu a krajšej postave – výrazne pomôžu. Ostatne hrsť rôznych druhov orechov denne je všeobecne do vyváženého jedálnička odporúčaná.

Pre zachovanie všetkých živín je najlepšie konzumovať orechy v surovej (resp. raw) podobe, teda nie tie pražené. Pokiaľ vám ale robí konzumácia šalátov problém a chcete dostať jeho chuť na vyššiu úroveň, môžete skúsiť aj tieto varianty.

Chutné ovocie

Súčasťou šalátu môže byť v rozumnom množstve aj ovocie. Ovocie nesmie byť hlavnou zložkou, pretože je sladké, a ak by sme konzumovali čisto ovocný šalát, diétne fungovať nebude. Kúsok jablka, pomaranča či grepu ale šalát príjemne osvieži.

Alternatívou môže byť trocha ovocnej šťavy, s pomocou ktorej listy šalátu dochutíte.

Každý šalát zachráni dresing

Na dochucovanie rovno nadviažeme. Každý šalát by mal byť dochutený. Jesť suché zelené listy skutočne chutné nie je a niet divu, pokiaľ na také šaláty chuť nemáte.

Šalát by však nemal byť „utopený“ v majonéze, potom už by sme totiž nemohli hovoriť o ľahkom a zdravom jedle. Najjednoduchšou zálievkou je kombinácia olivového oleja a balzamikového octu. Skúsiť ale môžete aj pokročilejšie dresingy napríklad na báze jogurtu, tvarohu, ale aj domácej majonézy, len opatrne s dávkovaním. Jedna alebo dve lyžičky (zarovnané, nie vrchovaté!) dresingu na jednu porciu šalátu by mali stačiť.

Grilované mäso a plody mora

Šalát s grilovaným kuracím mäsom dnes asi nikoho nevytrhne. Do šalátu ale môžete pridať aj grilovanú bravčovú panenku, hovädzí steak, krevety alebo napríklad tuniaka či lososa. Skrátka stavte na to, čo máte radi, prípadne si pripravujte rôzne variácie.

Rozhodne neplatí, že pokiaľ sa v šaláte nachádza mäso, tak je razom nezdravý a z hľadiska diéty nefunkčný. Naopak, aj pri redukčnej diéte potrebujete konzumovať v rozumnom množstve široké spektrum živín. Kvalitné mäso, ryby aj plody mora rozhodne do zdravého jedálnička patria. Na prípravu mäsa či ryby môžete využiť napríklad elektrický gril, Ktorý sa okrem záhrady zmestí aj do každej kuchyne.

Dobrý syr

Tiež syry sa s ostatnými ingredienciami skvele dopĺňajú – párovanie syrov s orechmi alebo ovocím vás doslova oslní. Môže ísť dokonca o náhradu mäsa v prípade vegetariánskych šalátov. Skúste napríklad syry s modrou plesňou v kombinácii s vlašskými orechmi, hruškou a poľníčkom.
