Uvedomte si, že práve pokožka na zadku je namáhaná neustálym trením o oblečenie a okrem toho je takmer stále zakrytá. S výnimkou letných dní.

Vymeňte spodné prádlo

Začnite postupne. Ak ste si všimli zvýšený výskyt vyrážok na zadku, skúste aspoň na pár dní vymeniť syntetické sexi nohavičky za tie bavlnené. Ak sa stav vašej pokožky zlepší, budete vedieť čo bolo príčinou ich vzniku.

 

Starostlivosť o pokožku

Nie len vaša tvár, ale aj ostatné časti tela si zaslúžia dôkladnú a pravidelnú starostlivosť. O dôležitosti peelingu sme písali už niekoľkokrát a ani partiu akou je zadok by ste nemali v tomto prípade úplne vynechať. Ak si budete peeling na tejto časti tela robiť pravidelne, zbavíte ju odumretých častí a tiež nečistôt ktoré sú aj pod povrchom kože. Vaša pokožka bude hladká a jemná už bezprostredne po tom ako si túto exfoliáciu doprajete. V prípade, že sú vyrážky veľmi zapálené, voľte radšej chemický peeling, ktorý nie je taký agresívny ako ten abrazívny. Keď sa stav pokožky zlepší, pokojne môžete siahnuť aj po mechanickom peelingu, ktorý budete používať predovšetkým ako prevenciu.

Hydratácia

Pravidelným krémovaním sa tiež môže zlepšiť stav vášho akné. Aj v tomto prípade však na prevenciu používajte úplne iné krémy než počas obdobia kedy sú vyrážky podráždené a ložiská zapálené až bolestivé. V tejto etape je nevyhnutné vyrážky v prvom rade vysušiť. Použite preto krémy ktoré vám s tým pomôžu, prípadne tea tree olej či prípravky z lekárne ktoré pupienky vysušia, no zároveň neupchávajú póry.

 

Sedenie

Ak máte sedavé zamestnanie, alebo trávite veľa času za volantom,  s najväčšou pravdepodobnosťou tiež čelíte týmto problémom. Snažte sa teda robiť si prestávky pokiaľ možno čo najčastejšie a prihliadajte práve v týchto prípadoch na voľné oblečenie z kvalitných materiálov. V lete si meňte spodný diel plaviek a nepodceňujte ani materiály z ktorých sú vyrobené vaše nohavičky. Vlhkosť totiž nerobí dobre ani vášmu zadku, ani ženským partiám.

Hygiena

Hoci svoju hygienu nezanedbávate, sem tam sa vám možno stane, že po športe si to nenasmerujete hneď do sprchy. Zmeňte to. Akonáhle docvičíte či dobehnete domov, dajte si sprchu.  Predídete tak hromadeniu potu a tiež mazu v póroch a vyrážky nebudú mať šancu. Najlepšie bude ak použijete antibakteriálne mydlo ale veľkú službu vám urobí aj gél na intímnu hygienu.

Prípravy na leto začínajú byť v plnom prúde. Istotne sa pri nich sústredíte aj na pekný a pevný zadok. A ak navyše bude aj hladký a bez vyrážok, v plavkách sa budete cítiť ešte o niečo krajšie.

Prečo vás trápia?

Vyrážky na zadku nie sú ničím výnimočným. Ani zďaleka nie ste samé ktoré tento estetický problém trápi. Príčin prečo vznikajú je viacero. V prvom rade môžete mať skutočne veľmi jemnú a citlivú kožu, ktorá takto reaguje na akékoľvek podráždenie. Ďalšími dôvodmi sú prepotené, alebo vlhké oblečenie či sedavé zamestnanie. No v neposlednom rade môže vašu pokožku dráždiť aj nevhodne zvolené spodné prádlo a materiál z ktorého je vyrobené. Uvedomte si, že práve pokožka na zadku je namáhaná neustálym trením o oblečenie a okrem toho je takmer stále zakrytá. S výnimkou letných dní.

Vymeňte spodné prádlo

Začnite postupne. Ak ste si všimli zvýšený výskyt vyrážok na zadku, skúste aspoň na pár dní vymeniť syntetické sexi nohavičky za tie bavlnené. Ak sa stav vašej pokožky zlepší, budete vedieť čo bolo príčinou ich vzniku.

 

Starostlivosť o pokožku

Nie len vaša tvár, ale aj ostatné časti tela si zaslúžia dôkladnú a pravidelnú starostlivosť. O dôležitosti peelingu sme písali už niekoľkokrát a ani partiu akou je zadok by ste nemali v tomto prípade úplne vynechať. Ak si budete peeling na tejto časti tela robiť pravidelne, zbavíte ju odumretých častí a tiež nečistôt ktoré sú aj pod povrchom kože. Vaša pokožka bude hladká a jemná už bezprostredne po tom ako si túto exfoliáciu doprajete. V prípade, že sú vyrážky veľmi zapálené, voľte radšej chemický peeling, ktorý nie je taký agresívny ako ten abrazívny. Keď sa stav pokožky zlepší, pokojne môžete siahnuť aj po mechanickom peelingu, ktorý budete používať predovšetkým ako prevenciu.

Hydratácia

Pravidelným krémovaním sa tiež môže zlepšiť stav vášho akné. Aj v tomto prípade však na prevenciu používajte úplne iné krémy než počas obdobia kedy sú vyrážky podráždené a ložiská zapálené až bolestivé. V tejto etape je nevyhnutné vyrážky v prvom rade vysušiť. Použite preto krémy ktoré vám s tým pomôžu, prípadne tea tree olej či prípravky z lekárne ktoré pupienky vysušia, no zároveň neupchávajú póry.

 

Sedenie

Ak máte sedavé zamestnanie, alebo trávite veľa času za volantom,  s najväčšou pravdepodobnosťou tiež čelíte týmto problémom. Snažte sa teda robiť si prestávky pokiaľ možno čo najčastejšie a prihliadajte práve v týchto prípadoch na voľné oblečenie z kvalitných materiálov. V lete si meňte spodný diel plaviek a nepodceňujte ani materiály z ktorých sú vyrobené vaše nohavičky. Vlhkosť totiž nerobí dobre ani vášmu zadku, ani ženským partiám.

Hygiena

Hoci svoju hygienu nezanedbávate, sem tam sa vám možno stane, že po športe si to nenasmerujete hneď do sprchy. Zmeňte to. Akonáhle docvičíte či dobehnete domov, dajte si sprchu.  Predídete tak hromadeniu potu a tiež mazu v póroch a vyrážky nebudú mať šancu. Najlepšie bude ak použijete antibakteriálne mydlo ale veľkú službu vám urobí aj gél na intímnu hygienu.
