Citrón

Vďaka kyseline, ktorú citrón obsahuje, je skvelým pomocníkom práve pri požadovanom stiahnutí farby z vlasov. Samozrejme, že nedokáže bojovať s pigmentom tak, ako peroxid v bežných farbách na vlasy. Ak však chcete jemné presvetlenie a oživenie vašej prirodzenej farby, vyskúšajte túto kúru. Do vody vytlačte šťavu z troch väčších citrónov, ideálne cez sitko, aby vo vode nebola dužina, prípadne jadierka. Vlasy si umyte šampónom, opláchnite vodou a na záver prepláchnite ešte citrónovou vodou, ktorú už nezmyjete. Pre želaný výsledok je potrebné kúru zopakovať niekoľkokrát.

Harmanček

Aby ste si vždy, keď si idete umývať vlasy, nemuseli pripravovať nový roztok, urobte si rovno množstvo na dve až tri použitia. Do dvoch litrov vody pridajte 50 gramov harmančekových kvetov a nechajte spolu vrieť pol hodinu. Následne kvety sceďte a takto pripravenú harmančekovú kúru si prelejte do fliaš a uskladníte v chladničke. Vlasy si roztokom premyte po každom umývaní a už neoplachujte.

Med

Med je v domácich kozmetických rutinách používaný často. Nie raz nám zachránil popraskané pery, či poslúžil ako pleťová maska. Tentokrát môžete vďaka nemu dosiahnuť doslova medovú hrivu. Vyrobte si domácu masku na vlasy, ktorá im dodá nádherný, zlatistý lesk. Do zatváracej nádoby si vylejte zhruba dva deci medu, zmiešajte ho s polievkovou lyžicou sódy bikarbóny a soli. Masku používajte ako základnú starostlivosť ešte pred umytím vlasov šampónom. Ideálne je nechať ju pôsobiť čo najdlhšie, podľa možnosti cez noc alebo aspoň pár hodín. Následne vlasy umyte tak, ako ste zvyknuté.

Najmä počas horúcich letných dní, keď sú vlasy namáhané slnkom, ale aj morskou či chlórovanou vodou z bazénov, im doprajte špeciálnu starostlivosť, aby boli stále svieže a lesklé.

Vďaka citrónovej, medovej, či harmančekovej kúre uvidíte už po pár použitiach zmenu. Nielen, že farba vašich vlasov dosiahne bledší tón, ale hriva vďaka týmto trikom nebude mdlá. Práve naopak. Budete sa tešiť zo žiarivej koruny krásy.

Citrón

Vďaka kyseline, ktorú citrón obsahuje, je skvelým pomocníkom práve pri požadovanom stiahnutí farby z vlasov. Samozrejme, že nedokáže bojovať s pigmentom tak, ako peroxid v bežných farbách na vlasy. Ak však chcete jemné presvetlenie a oživenie vašej prirodzenej farby, vyskúšajte túto kúru. Do vody vytlačte šťavu z troch väčších citrónov, ideálne cez sitko, aby vo vode nebola dužina, prípadne jadierka. Vlasy si umyte šampónom, opláchnite vodou a na záver prepláchnite ešte citrónovou vodou, ktorú už nezmyjete. Pre želaný výsledok je potrebné kúru zopakovať niekoľkokrát.

Harmanček

Aby ste si vždy, keď si idete umývať vlasy, nemuseli pripravovať nový roztok, urobte si rovno množstvo na dve až tri použitia. Do dvoch litrov vody pridajte 50 gramov harmančekových kvetov a nechajte spolu vrieť pol hodinu. Následne kvety sceďte a takto pripravenú harmančekovú kúru si prelejte do fliaš a uskladníte v chladničke. Vlasy si roztokom premyte po každom umývaní a už neoplachujte.

Med

Med je v domácich kozmetických rutinách používaný často. Nie raz nám zachránil popraskané pery, či poslúžil ako pleťová maska. Tentokrát môžete vďaka nemu dosiahnuť doslova medovú hrivu. Vyrobte si domácu masku na vlasy, ktorá im dodá nádherný, zlatistý lesk. Do zatváracej nádoby si vylejte zhruba dva deci medu, zmiešajte ho s polievkovou lyžicou sódy bikarbóny a soli. Masku používajte ako základnú starostlivosť ešte pred umytím vlasov šampónom. Ideálne je nechať ju pôsobiť čo najdlhšie, podľa možnosti cez noc alebo aspoň pár hodín. Následne vlasy umyte tak, ako ste zvyknuté.

Najmä počas horúcich letných dní, keď sú vlasy namáhané slnkom, ale aj morskou či chlórovanou vodou z bazénov, im doprajte špeciálnu starostlivosť, aby boli stále svieže a lesklé.
