Jablčný ocot je tiež účinným prostriedkom, ak vás trápia plesne, bradavice na nohách či kurie oká. Tinktúrou, ktorú si pripravíte zo štyroch lyžíc jablčného octu a jednej lyžice soli, si pravidelne potierajte postihnuté miesta. Už po pár dňoch budete vidieť prvé výsledky.

Ak preferujete minimalizmus v kozmetike a ste zástancom predovšetkým prírodných produktov, tak jablčný ocot bude tým, ktorý si zamilujete vďaka jeho účinnému, všestrannému použitiu. Pri jeho kúpe určite nešetrite a siahnite po produktoch v bio kvalite, ktoré sú bohaté na kyselinu mliečnu, octovú a tiež na vitamíny A, B, C a E. Nenechajte sa zmiasť jemným zakalením. Máte pocit, že sú vaše vlasy mdlé, bez farby, lesku a navyše s rozštiepenými končekmi? Zrieďte si ocot s vodou. Vlasy si umyte bežným šampónom, ktorý používate. Ten však zmyte pripraveným roztokom z octu. Poriadne ocot vmasírujte aj do pokožky hlavy a po pár minútach pôsobenia vlasy umyte ešte jedenkrát vodou.

Už ste vyskúšali všetky možné šampóny proti lupinám a stále sa vám nepodarilo zbaviť sa ich? Účinná je kúra, ktorú si pripravíte z dvoch bielkov, jednej lyžice jablčného octu a dvoch lyžíc olivového alebo kokosového oleja. Všetko spolu premiešajte a naneste na pokožku hlavy. Nechajte pôsobiť minimálne pol hodinu a následne vlasy umyte tak, ako ste zvyknuté.

Pridajte pár lyžíc do vody, v ktorej si pred úpravou pemzou budete nohy máčať. Vďaka kyselinám, ktoré ocot obsahuje, budú vaše päty mäkšie a stvrdnutú kožu bez problémov odstránite.
