Už pred letom by ste si mali zaobstarať okrem krému na opaľovanie aj ten po opaľovaní, prípadne Panthenol, ktorý zachraňuje popálenú pokožku. Ak ste však na to v letnom ošiali trošku pozabudli, prvú pomoc vám poskytnú aj potraviny, ktoré máte bežne doma.

Zemiak
