Ak saunu zvyknete navštevovať pravidelne, určite ovládate aspoň základné pravidlá. Vo wellnesse či v spa však môžete vidieť, že ľudia robia stále tie isté chyby. Ako ste na tom vy?

Sauna a alkohol

Ísť do wellnessu a popritom popíjať pohár šumivého vína, alebo sa schladiť dobre oroseným pivom je akýmsi synonymom dokonalej predstavy o relaxe. No je to jedna z najčastejších chýb, ktorej sa pri saunovaní dopúšťate. Je to totiž príliš veľká záťaž na váš organizmus. V prvom rade sa vám počas saunovania rozširujú cievy, taký istý účinok má na ne aj alkohol. Zároveň počas saunovania strácate množstvo vody a ak si do toho dáte pohár alkoholického nápoja, môže to mať za následok to, že budete dehydratovaní a to so sebou prináša rad zdravotných komplikácii.

Hygiena

Do saunového sveta je prísny zákaz vstupu v plavkách. Aj napriek tomu sa nájdu jedinci, ktorí ho nerešpektujú. Majte na pamäti aj to, že vlhké prostredie je doslova živnou pôdou pre baktérie. V saune si vždy sadajte na plachtu a do ochladzovacieho bazénu vojdite až po tom, ako sa osprchujete.

Nie za každú cenu

Pred každou saunou by mal byť okrem stručného popisu uvedený aj čas, ktorý by ste v nej mali stráviť. No majte na pamäti, že ak ste začiatočník, nemusíte v saune hneď zotrvať počas celého odporúčaného času. Najmä, ak sa po niekoľkých minútach začnete cítiť nekomfortne, prípadne pocítite nevoľnosť. Nemusíte lámať žiadne rekordy, najmä nie sami so sebou. Ostatným je úplne ukradnuté, kto aký čas v saune strávi. Nech vám teda nie je nepríjemné z nej odísť aj po pár minútach.

 

Ochlaďte sa

Ochladzovanie stále veľa ľudí podceňuje. No samotné saunovanie bez tohto úkonu nemá až taký veľký význam. Ak vám je z akéhokoľvek dôvodu nepríjemné vojsť do ochladzovacieho bazénu, osprchujte sa ľadovou vodou. Počas saunovania sa vaše cievy roztiahnu, a vďaka studenej vode sa opäť stiahnu. Práve to pozitívne vplýva na činnosť vášho srdca. Nezabudnite tiež na ochladenie hlavy.

Odpočinok

Relaxačné miestnosti majú tiež svoj zmysel. V prvom rade si oddýchnete, odpočiniete a na chvíľu vypnete. Vďaka tomu eliminujete prípadný stres, čo má pozitívny dopad tak na vašu fyzickú, ako aj psychickú stránku. V neposlednom rade by ste v relaxačnej časti mali stráviť aspoň 15 minút. Na vaše  telo by bol kladený príliš veľký  nápor, keby ste sa po saune ochladili a hneď na to opäť vošli do sauny, kde by sa vaše telo znovu zahrialo. Držte sa pokynov vo wellnesse, ktorý navštívite, ale aj vlastných pocitov. Až vtedy bude mať saunovanie taký efekt, aký si želáte.

Ak saunu zvyknete navštevovať pravidelne, určite ovládate aspoň základné pravidlá. Vo wellnesse či v spa však môžete vidieť, že ľudia robia stále tie isté chyby. Ako ste na tom vy?

Sauna a alkohol

Ísť do wellnessu a popritom popíjať pohár šumivého vína, alebo sa schladiť dobre oroseným pivom je akýmsi synonymom dokonalej predstavy o relaxe. No je to jedna z najčastejších chýb, ktorej sa pri saunovaní dopúšťate. Je to totiž príliš veľká záťaž na váš organizmus. V prvom rade sa vám počas saunovania rozširujú cievy, taký istý účinok má na ne aj alkohol. Zároveň počas saunovania strácate množstvo vody a ak si do toho dáte pohár alkoholického nápoja, môže to mať za následok to, že budete dehydratovaní a to so sebou prináša rad zdravotných komplikácii.

Hygiena

Do saunového sveta je prísny zákaz vstupu v plavkách. Aj napriek tomu sa nájdu jedinci, ktorí ho nerešpektujú. Majte na pamäti aj to, že vlhké prostredie je doslova živnou pôdou pre baktérie. V saune si vždy sadajte na plachtu a do ochladzovacieho bazénu vojdite až po tom, ako sa osprchujete.

Nie za každú cenu

Pred každou saunou by mal byť okrem stručného popisu uvedený aj čas, ktorý by ste v nej mali stráviť. No majte na pamäti, že ak ste začiatočník, nemusíte v saune hneď zotrvať počas celého odporúčaného času. Najmä, ak sa po niekoľkých minútach začnete cítiť nekomfortne, prípadne pocítite nevoľnosť. Nemusíte lámať žiadne rekordy, najmä nie sami so sebou. Ostatným je úplne ukradnuté, kto aký čas v saune strávi. Nech vám teda nie je nepríjemné z nej odísť aj po pár minútach.

 

Ochlaďte sa

Ochladzovanie stále veľa ľudí podceňuje. No samotné saunovanie bez tohto úkonu nemá až taký veľký význam. Ak vám je z akéhokoľvek dôvodu nepríjemné vojsť do ochladzovacieho bazénu, osprchujte sa ľadovou vodou. Počas saunovania sa vaše cievy roztiahnu, a vďaka studenej vode sa opäť stiahnu. Práve to pozitívne vplýva na činnosť vášho srdca. Nezabudnite tiež na ochladenie hlavy.

Odpočinok

Relaxačné miestnosti majú tiež svoj zmysel. V prvom rade si oddýchnete, odpočiniete a na chvíľu vypnete. Vďaka tomu eliminujete prípadný stres, čo má pozitívny dopad tak na vašu fyzickú, ako aj psychickú stránku. V neposlednom rade by ste v relaxačnej časti mali stráviť aspoň 15 minút. Na vaše  telo by bol kladený príliš veľký  nápor, keby ste sa po saune ochladili a hneď na to opäť vošli do sauny, kde by sa vaše telo znovu zahrialo. Držte sa pokynov vo wellnesse, ktorý navštívite, ale aj vlastných pocitov. Až vtedy bude mať saunovanie taký efekt, aký si želáte.
