Kastilské mydlo môžete využiť na množstvo spôsobov. A to nie len na vašu pleť a vlasy.

Prírodné mydlo

Kastilské mydlo je vyrobené bez použitia živočíšnych surovín a hlavnou zložkou je olej. Stačí, ak si namiešate tekuté kastilské mydlo s destilovanou vodou v pomere 3:1. Premiešajte, pridajte pár kvapiek tea tree oleja, alebo esenciálneho levanduľového oleja a máte za pár minút antibakteriálny gél na tvár, ale aj ruky.

Na vlasy

Vďaka šampónu z kastilského mydla dostanú vaše vlasy doslova hydratačný doping. Aj v tomto prípade budete potrebovať 7 lyžíc tekutého kastislského mydla, pár lyžíc kokosového mlieka a lyžicu kokosového oleja. Poriadne premiešajte a používajte ako bežný šampón. Vlasy následne dôkladne opláchnite a šampón skladujte v chladničke.

 

Hladké telo

Ak si ešte stále holíte nohy a ostatné partie tela žiletkou, potom by ste mali používať prípravky, ktoré chránia vašu pokožku a zároveň ju už počas holenia vyživujú. Kastilské mydlo je úplne ideálne. Stačí zmiešať pár kvapiek s vodou a vytvoriť penu. Tú následne natrite na partie, ktoré idete holiť. Využívať ju môžu samozrejme aj páni.

Čisté zuby

Kastilským mydlom si dokonca môžete vyčistiť aj zuby. Zmiešajte ho s kokosovým olejom v pomere 1:1, tzn. jedna kvapka mydla a jedna kvapka oleja a využite ho namiesto zubnej pasty. Ak pridáte navyše eukalyptový, alebo iný olej, nadobudnete pocit, že si zuby skutočne umývate zubnou pastou.

Ak hľadáte ekologického a najmä všestranného pomocníka do vašej domácnosti, nájdete ho práve v kastilskom mydle. Nebudete tak viac musieť používať niekoľko rôznych produktov a stačiť vám bude jeden takýto univerzálny. Aj v tomto prípade stačí, ak do mydla pridáte pár kvapiek vášho obľúbeného esenciálneho oleja. Kastilské mydlo môžete využiť na množstvo spôsobov. A to nie len na vašu pleť a vlasy.

Prírodné mydlo

Kastilské mydlo je vyrobené bez použitia živočíšnych surovín a hlavnou zložkou je olej. Kým v minulosti to bol olej z vavrínových stromov, dnes je najčastejšie používaný olivový, no aj ten je mnohokrát nahradený kokosovým, ricinovým, konopným či mandľovým olejom. Práve vďaka ním má mydlo silné hydratačné účinky.

Čistiace mydlo na tvár

Mydlo si u vás nájde svoje stále miesto. Vy sami z neho z neho môžete vyťažiť maximum a obmenou pár ingrediencií  ho môžete používať skutočne na všetko. Aj na čistenie pleti. Stačí, ak si namiešate tekuté kastilské mydlo s destilovanou vodou v pomere 3:1. Premiešajte, pridajte pár kvapiek tea tree oleja, alebo esenciálneho levanduľového oleja a máte za pár minút antibakteriálny gél na tvár, ale aj ruky.

Na vlasy

Vďaka šampónu z kastilského mydla dostanú vaše vlasy doslova hydratačný doping. Aj v tomto prípade budete potrebovať 7 lyžíc tekutého kastislského mydla, pár lyžíc kokosového mlieka a lyžicu kokosového oleja. Poriadne premiešajte a používajte ako bežný šampón. Vlasy následne dôkladne opláchnite a šampón skladujte v chladničke.

 

Hladké telo

Ak si ešte stále holíte nohy a ostatné partie tela žiletkou, potom by ste mali používať prípravky, ktoré chránia vašu pokožku a zároveň ju už počas holenia vyživujú. Kastilské mydlo je úplne ideálne. Stačí zmiešať pár kvapiek s vodou a vytvoriť penu. Tú následne natrite na partie, ktoré idete holiť. Využívať ju môžu samozrejme aj páni.

Čisté zuby

Kastilským mydlom si dokonca môžete vyčistiť aj zuby. Zmiešajte ho s kokosovým olejom v pomere 1:1, tzn. jedna kvapka mydla a jedna kvapka oleja a využite ho namiesto zubnej pasty. Ak pridáte navyše eukalyptový, alebo iný olej, nadobudnete pocit, že si zuby skutočne umývate zubnou pastou.

Pomocník v domácnosti

Ak hľadáte ekologického a najmä všestranného pomocníka do vašej domácnosti, nájdete ho práve v kastilskom mydle. Nebudete tak viac musieť používať niekoľko rôznych produktov a stačiť vám bude jeden takýto univerzálny. Aj v tomto prípade stačí, ak do mydla pridáte pár kvapiek vášho obľúbeného esenciálneho oleja. Tak budete môcť mydlo používať na umývanie riadu, ale aj do umývačky riadu. Zároveň ním môžete nahradiť bežný prací gél či prášok. Ocenia to najmä tí z vás, ktorí majú veľmi citlivú pokožku a agresívne čistiace či pracie prostriedky im nerobia dobre. Prach či nečistoty sa zbavíte, ak na ne nastriekate mydlo, ktoré si nariedite s vodou vo fľaštičke s rozprašovačom. Na pol litra vody vám vystačia 2 -3 lyžice mydla. Zmiešajte a zbavte sa nečistôt za pár centov. Ľubovoľný esenciálny olej navyše vašu domácnosť krásne prevonia.
